COVID threw everything out the window, obviously we couldn't get the baby groomed…read more I reached out to Shannon with questions on how to keep baby maintained until she could open again and she was so helpful and told me what I did need to keep up with and what could be left alone. Baby has grooming nervousness so she is a little tricky. Shannon is amazing with her and she is getting better with each groom. We got through the shutdown, Shannon got us in quickly. The groom was as good as ever, so happy to have her back. I plan to bring my cat in for the first groom of his life. As for COVID, Shannon changed the layout and contactless drop off and pick up is set up. I watched her wipe every surface I came into contact with (I was masked, of course). She really takes the threat seriously and I wish I could give her a 6th star Original Review: June 2019 Shannon really helped us out. Our poor baby came to her bleeding and looking an absolute mess (from another groomer who I will not name here- if you really want to know you can check my other written reviews) Friday night I was searching for a groomer for early Saturday. Shannon was quick to respond and informative and polite. Why we went with the other groomer: she could take us first and was $20 cheaper. I know, I know. We won't do it again, this is a brand new addition to the family and the grooming cost was feeling a little overwhelming because we already had spent so much. We were going to wait a few weeks to get her groomed but we realized how uncomfortable she seemed and I couldn't even brush her for all the little knots and matted bits. So, we got what we paid for. It's ok, though, because Shannon to the rescue. We called her from the car where we picked up our girl. When we realized she was bleeding, there wasn't really an option. Shannon was able to fit us in immediately, we drove directly there. She was so kind and welcoming, took baby girl and got to work. We picked her up and she's absolutely adorable. We also got a picture for the fridge, an adorable bow and a happy dog. Ive already booked her next a

The best part is that they don't keep your dog all day, they call me within 3 hours of her appointment time. They always look at her card from the last visit to see if I want it the same or modifications. You can even schedule through yelp which gives them an extra star because whenever I want to get in contact of course I think of it outside of normal business hours. The parking lot they are in is always busy, it's by the Denny's on blackstone and herndon. Perfect location if you wanna get some food, go to Costco, do some shopping and grab your pup. They even have a house dog, I cracked myself up bc one time I walked in the dog was in the front desk chair and the lady was talking to me from the back. But in my mind the dog was the receptionist talking to me.

I thought $79+Tip was asking a lot but gave them the benefit of doubt with his hair being long and requesting a scissor cut. The cut was darling & they were overly complimentary re how well behaved he was for a puppy. They suggested to keep cost down considerably...to bring him in sooner and get a buzz cut. I did as recommended and hated the cut and no toenail trim! Plus they charged me the exact same amount!! I reminded them of there suggestion and how the cost would be lower. They were adamant the cost is always the same!!! $20-$30 more than competitors. Next

My family decided to take a road trip to Klamath Falls to visit family friends last minute and we…read morebrought our dogs on the road trip. Upon arriving we thought it best to put my dads GSP into a pet hotel/boarding situation to keep her safe from not running into the river or going nuts with all the birds on hosts grounds. In a panic , not knowing where to find such a place, we turned to yelp for the answer. Interestingly enough, I didn't find this location initially. Our host guided us to Double C and boy was I impressed. Joanne the owner was top notch! She was kind, friendly, welcoming, and very patient with my dads separation anxiety about putting his dog in an unfamiliar place in an unfamiliar location. She guides us through the process effortlessly , like a champ! We got his dog in , filled out paperwork, got a tour of the facility and when we left the initial stress we had turned into relief , knowing we put his fur baby in safe hands. Like other posters mentioned, this location is big, has a large variety of pet supplies such as dog food, toys, and accessories and cute stuff for the extra personal touch. Upon getting the tour, I observed grooming facilities that were clean, and organized, for the lodging, outside enclosures that were large, safe and spacious, clean inside/outside kennels that allows access for fresh air outside and cool area inside. You can provide your own food and supplies for your pooch or they can provide their own. Twice a day meals ( 7am-9am breakfast) , Dinner (3-4pm) with play times 2x and time for them to so their business. If you want , you can add extra play time for a minimal fee, and can add grooming and training as well. This location has it all! Its a one stop shop for all your needs and most of all, the piece of mind knowing your pets are in the right hands , with staff who love their guests is priceless! This is out "go to" spot should we come back into the area on another road trip. Thank you Joanne and Terri for making our stay a memorable! Special thanks to Joanne, Terri, and Taylor for great customer service. You guys rock!

A friend recommended Tiffany's. and it has been delightful. My dog is happy to be there, hops right out of the car and runs for the door. She loves Tiffany, and my dog is choosy about humans. Seldom do I give a 5 star rating to anyone. Five stars mean you can't get much better…read more That is how I feel about this dog grooming business. I came here on a recommendation and have never been anything except happy with the wonderful job, Virginia, the owner does on my poodle. My dog is stand offish and doesn't like being around people, the exception is Virginia. My dog is a happy girl when she see's where we are. I absolutely can not believe the results when I get a call that my dog is ready to be picked up. Not only does the owner do a good job with the grooming, she keeps an eye on your pet's physical appearance and general health and let's you know if she see's a problem. Needless to say, I've been to other businesses in Klamath that groom dogs, but I've never been to one I like as well as I do this place. Like the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for", you actually do when you go here. This business is located just off South Sixth Street, behind Lee's Radiator, at 1240 Adams Street.

Everything is well stocked, its a clean store, the staff is friendly, and the animals they have here appear to be taken care of well. When I look at the fish tanks, they actually appear to be in pretty good condition, a contrast to what I have seen in some other stores. Good job, Klamath Petco! Whenever I'm in here its usually to stock up on food for the tortoises, or new houses for them, or water dishes, or whatever. I am impressed by their selection of things for reptiles...all sorts of food options, decorations, rocks, tanks, paraphernalia, etc....its fun to see everything they have. Big sections for all other animals as well, fish, birds, cats and dogs, other fuzzies, and the reptiles/amphibians as well. Its just a neat store to browse through if you are into animals.
