The roofing crews did both houses on the the same day that they started the jobs, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. The repair crew did a good job on the repairs on both houses. Both homes were completed within two weeks of contacting Jared/ the owner. They had to wait for a dry day to do my daughter's house.

Five Stars for Sandland Construction Experienced,…read moreProfessional, and Reliable We live out of state and feel very fortunate to have found Sandland Construction who worked with us to make our dream home come true. Beth and Randy Sandland immediately understood what we wanted to accomplish and were enthusiastic about our vision. Randy's knowledge and experience in construction are self-evident when we look around our new home. His attention to detail and his workmanship are impressive, and we feel confident that our house was built to the highest standards. Special thanks to Randy's crew for their hard work and dedication. Beth's management of our project was nothing short of exceptional. Although we were unable to be on site during most, if not all, of the construction, she kept everything running smoothly. There were some challenges, such as supply chain disruptions, a tornado, and heavy rainfalls during the build, but Beth calmed our fears and kept us well-informed with regularly scheduled Zoom meetings, and plenty of photos and videos. Beth's sense of design and her ability to pick up on our preferences made our home a true reflection of what we had imagined. Her vast knowledge of cabinetry, counter tops, tile, flooring, etc. was an invaluable source to us in making the best decisions. We absolutely love our new home. It is truly a legacy build.

Gage and his team were a pleasure to work with--professional, friendly, and clearly experts at what they do. They also recommended adding gutter drainage to prevent hillside erosion, which will make life much easier for our lawn crew. Their pricing is reasonable, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. If you need excavation or any type of dirt work, I highly recommend Lindsey's Excavation. You won't be disappointed!

We recently hired Seamless Gutter Systems to install gutters and drainage pipes on our home. In…read moreshort, Seamless Gutter Systems did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. I don't say this lightly. Seamless Gutter Systems installed our gutter systems only after another local company, Bar FZ Seamless Gutter & Property Services, failed. They failed at ever level, see my review on Bar FZ for details; however, briefly, they used small gutters on a home that required larger gutters. The installation looked bad, they damaged my property, and most importantly, the gutters did not work! They were unable to fix the mess they created rendering their 10 year warranty useless and the owner was abusive to us once he determined they couldn't fix their mess. Don't waste your time with shysters and amateurs. You can be sure you'll get a high quality gutter system with professional installation when you use Seamless Gutter Systems.
