I work in sustainability so the concept hit home and have no problem investing in quality or designer items, but when we walked in, the blonde associate looked us up and down and didn't greet us. We were the only ones in the store, so I made a point to smile, say hello, and ask how she was doing - but she was dismissive and rude. I bought a garlic press that upon first use closed and would not open. Totally stuck. They would not take it back. And I bought a $300 coffee brewer from them. When it failed they would not take it back. I called the manufacturer and they sent me a refurbished unit. I took them the unopened refurbished unit back and they still would not take it back. Would not even offer store credit for it. Poor customer support. Sad to see, it is a nice store. Their customers are mostly tourists and they simply don't care about them.
