They missed a slew of perfect, up to date comps, to give us non comparables with less sq footage and wrong style resulting in a falsely low appraisal. Because of this botched appraisal and them refusing to redo it or refund it, we now have to have a new one arranged, pay for it, and pay for proper research to supply the new appraiser.
