I told him I needed to know how much the rear of our property would be worth if it was split off into a lot having the ease of access with curb and gutter and utilities already running right next to it. He said for $300 more he would do a deep dive into it to see the value of the potential lot. He spent a total of maybe twenty minutes at our home. A couple of days later I got an email of the appraisal and no printed paperwork. His so called deep dive just included recent sales of subdividable properties that I was already fully aware because they were easily brought up on the internet with just a simple search which told me nothing. He charged me $900 for what I feel he spent probably and hour on the internet and twenty minutes at our home. When I complained about it he told me he would have to spent a lot more time on it to give me what I needed to know. If he wasn't going to do more than just review recent sales that I already knew of that were not at all similar to our property why did he take my extra $300? I also would of had to print this appraisal up myself since it was just sent in an email, which I didn't because it was useless to me. I feel I just looked like an easy mark.

Aaron switched the 3 quality Sapphires for very poor quality. They admitted they get their own Sapphires from Montana and facet them, which means they cut the stones themselves. Which only proves that they will facet poor quality Sapphire stones, and than switch them when they see quality ones. I could tell they had been switched because the middle one was a little bit of a different color and when I picked up the necklace they were all the same color. Do not trust this store. In my experience when a company starts change their name it normally is because they are not a good company, and I know for a fact this company is bad.
