Exceptional Customer Service and Real Accountability…read more Service recovery was amazing! After our initial disappointing start, I felt sharing some feedback was paramount to continue with our solar investment. I was genuinely impressed by how seriously the owner, Justice, took it. He didn't just listen--he actually implemented a new policy based on a gap in customer service. What really stood out was that he personally came out to meet with us, apologized for the inconvenience, and walked us through the improvements they've made. It's rare to see that level of ownership and commitment to doing better. You can tell this company truly values its customers and is always looking to improve. After Justice left we felt heard, respected, and confident in their service. Highly recommend!

Once they got paid, poof, vanished. No permits applied, no site visits, nothing started. Promised completion dates? Lies. I can't say enough about Aire Serv! Our air conditioner went out and we contacted both another…read morecompany and our home warranty company to resolve the problem. Since we live in Montana, there was no service provider contracted with our home warranty company to put in another unit. The competitor was extremely difficult to work with; Our warranty company was actually trying on our behalf, but we were going nowhere. We contacted Aire Serv on a Friday and they were willing to put in less than a week when our competitor wouldn't come out for three weeks! Who wants to deal with high temps for three weeks with no air conditioner! Matt is the owner and my husband reached out to see if they would be willing to work with our home warranty company and he was completely willing to work with us, coming out in a timely manner to install our unit. When the supervisor at the warranty company spoke with him, she immediately offered him a contract to work with them and be a provider in our area, she was very impressed with his professionalism. Matt bent over backwards helping us, and we are very grateful! Matt came out personally to install the new AC unit and was able to do this three weeks sooner than the other company. Definitely recommend!

Five-Star Experience with Central Heating and Air Conditioning…read more I wanted to share my experience with Central Heating and Cooling. I received quotes from three different companies to have a new HVAC and AC system installed at my home. Working with Trent at Central Heating and Air Conditioning was fantastic. Trent was incredibly helpful and always willing to hop on the phone to discuss exactly what I was looking for and what options were available. Central Heating and Air Conditioning also worked with me on pricing and came close to matching a cheaper quote I had received. Ultimately, I chose them because of all the time and care they put into working directly with me. Trent made the whole process easy, and I would gladly work with him again. I purposely waited several months after the installation to leave this review, just to make sure everything was running correctly. I did run into an issue with the AC on very hot days--anything over 95° was giving me trouble. Central Heating and Air Conditioning came out, inspected the equipment, and although it took two visits, they diagnosed the problem: the system was overcharged and tripping out on hot days. They reduced the pressure, verified everything was within specifications, and I haven't had a single issue since. Overall, this is a fantastic group of people. The installation went great, and they stood behind their work by following up and fixing the issue until everything was perfect. A genuine five-star experience--I would gladly recommend them to anyone.
