When they realized we were an African American family they refused to care for my daughter. They already had the insurance on file and chose to turn us away with no care. I am highly disappointed with Coastal Therapy Services, the therapist Kelly Quick and the admin at the front desk did everything in their power to make sure we were not seen today... I will be posting these reviews on all social media platforms as well as Yelp. Coastal Therapy Services would not see my 2 year old daughter because she's African American.

As…read moresuch, we have seen a number of therapists, are very familiar with the staff, and have met and engaged with plenty of other patients and their parents - both in the waiting room and at outside special events the practice has hosted. The staff is highly trained, educated, and most of all, concerned for the children they treat. Our son has experienced great progress in all areas thanks in no small part to the dedication of his therapists. The children seen at this practice range in age and ability and all are treated with respect and care. I can't recommend this practice strongly enough.
