Tucked away in the forgotten quarters of Barrington Place, I tend to forget about its existence, but its longevity and steady clientele prove it to be downtown destination. Names like Cambridge, Jack Victor, Cutter & Buck, Nautica, Bugatchi, Lipson, Klauss Bochler and Michael Kors are amongst its flavourful offerings, and its all quite clear that quality is priority. Not a spot for my own taste, but I understand Cowell's appeal for the right man or woman. Heavy prices are to be expected, but the large stocking of apparel is enough to take your mind off the logistics. Outerwear, basics, formal dresses and accessories, Colwell's does it all with the utmost class, and is certainly a spot to try if you're looking to sport this niche.

When you first enter the store you'll find yourself faced with tables and tables of adorable nick nacks and homewares to browse though - so many cute mugs and beautiful candles! One day I dream that my home will be filled with them. They've also got journals, books, even a kids gift section. Further back you'll find clothing - men's is on the upper level and women's on the lower. They've also got a killer jewellery section (which is where I've found myself most often drooling over the rings and earrings). I never look closely at the clothing because I don't want to tempt myself (out of my price range), but just glancing at the racks I and tell there are a lot of cute things that I hear are really great quality. From the little bit of browsing I've done the sizes are all pretty small...whomp whomp. In the men's section you'll find wallets, shave kits and some really fun socks in addition to the standard clothing fare. Don't miss out on the back section behind the men's clothing where the sale stuff is! They've always got a good selection of sale things. I really love the idea of shopping at Biscuit General, but unless it's some of the smaller items I just don't have the budget for it. It can get very pricey very quickly. That being said if you have more room in your budget definitely give Biscuit General a shot - it's definitely a local gem!

When I told him that my health isn't good he shows no sign he even cared. Then today without warning he kicked me out of the store for what? I was joking around with one of the staff no worse then I always do and I said one thing to another worker " I guess the manger don't want to sell me that stereo" that's what this new manger calls rude and breaking his rules. To makes things worse the manger didn't want me to be talking to other customers but the only time I ever did that they started talking with me first so I got in trouble but they didn't Don't get me wrong I have no problems with the staff themselves but the new manger is very rude and mean. I will edit this review only when the new manger says he's sorry to me(In person and in front of everyone in the store) and lets me back in the store Because I did nothing wrong. I'm one of the only ones left that service this kind of vintage tech and I always gave this pawn shop first chance at buying it and they sell what I bring in so they make money. I guess it's time to sell it on my own and take my money else where I just feel bad for the other staff they was always nice to me because hurts them too. See picture below this was the component system the new manger gave me the insulting lowball offer on(The turntable and small speakers were bought after the insulting offer to complete this system)
