I thought this was going to be my forever Dentist office, but they have turned into a cash grab dentist office. If they can't bully you into work you don't need done then they won't do any work on your teeth at all. They were supposed to call me back in 3 weeks for a follow up visit, but did not call back for 6 months. I went in to give them another chance and this is when they advised me off all kinds of work I needed done, but just 6 months ago I had no issues and everything was great. The hygienist was nice and pleasant, but beware of Dr. Broche he first tries to charm you into extra work you don't need and then when that does not work he talks down to you, like he is the only educated one in the room. Then he became very RUDE when I would not agree to all the extra things he stated I needed. I found a new dentist and they advised me my teeth and bone are great. read more

Beware. This place is definitely a cash grab office. Not to mention, they do not value your time at all. I had a 2 o clock appointment. For an oral exam, x-rays and cleaning. After being put into a back room for over an hour, the dentist finally appeared. Super friendly and all around so sweet, she was not my problem! My problem was the fact that she did my oral exam and x-rays and disappeared for a whole second hour, before coming back with her financial team. Who let me know that I would need over $30,000 worth of work done. I came in for a cleaning and possibly a filling. So after almost 2 and half hours later, I left with no cleaning! no filling! in emotional distress after hearing that whopping total. Safe to say I will be rescheduling with a different provider to get a second opinion! I also want to say, that for being a newer building in the area, it was not cleanly at all. The hygienist quickly and barely wiped down the equipment when he was finished with my x-ray, there was black hair all tangled in the neck of the x-ray drape and there was used floss on the floor in my exam room. read more

Told dentist I wanted estimate for crown. Ok. He went on to insist I have deep cleaning. I asked for regular cleaning. My wife had the same treatment and went somewhere else where and it was determined she did not need the deep cleaning. He refused and told me I can go somewhere else that subscribes to that philosophy, and showed me out (even though I told him I needed an estimate for crown, but I never saw the estimate). Fraud! Do not use their services! They deliberately over charge on insurance claims. You will always owe. Even on X-rays! They find a reason NOT to qualify you for a cleaning! I've submitted a claim to the BBB for my bill. The "Le" dentist takes you to a room and tries to butter you up... and then after getting X-rays that will cost you a little under a grand... OUT OF POCKET explains why you can't get a insurance covered cleaning. They know most will say no. This practice owes me over $1,200 and refuses to let me speak with their billing manager. I have been trying to get this resolved since December. My insurance has confirmed they paid them yet they claim to still be waiting for payment and whenever I call to ask to speak with someone about my EOB and the balance owed to me - the person is never available. I have never dealt with such immature and unprofessional dental staff. That might be why they have a C with the BBB. read more

Awful communication and follow through. Tried for one month to get an estimate for my wisdom teeth extraction. Every time I would call they would completely have forgotten that they were to be working on the estimate. I would have to explain the situation again and they would assure me they would put together the estimate and to call back in a few days. Same process over and over. Beware of this dental practice. They have strange and unfair financial and clinical practices. My husband went for an initial visit and they refused to do a routine cleaning unless he signed up for a $1,000 treatment plan. He spent two hours there and implored them to clean his teeth, they refused several times. The dentist wanted to do scaling and planing first and without that treatment he would not ever do a routine cleaning. After his experience I canceled my upcoming appointment. read more

Terrible cleaning by hygienists. The dental polish lasted less than 1 second per tooth. For some reason it took about 3 different hygienists to do a dental cleaning. When checking measurements of the teeth the girl stabbed deep in my gums and then had the audacity to tell me "we don't create new pockets". Deliberately misled and charged DOUBLE what the insurance company allowed. Continually assured me I was only paying the dedicated amount from Insurance co however once complete it turned out I had paid an additional $3,0000 over and above what the insurance dictated to them. Currently being investigated by multiple agencies for fraud. read more

The sign on the door says they do crowns in one visit / under an hour. I went here for a crown. They made it the wrong size 3 times. They had to take it off and on many times. They cut my gums all up in the process. It took 3 visits. They also give the most painful and slow Novocain shots I've ever had at any dentist. Would never go back. read more

Unfortunately, I was not seen the day I had an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction and a root canal. I left after being seated the lobby for 50 minutes, and watched a patient get taken back before me after they waited just 15 minutes. I was a new patient that scheduled this appointment just two days prior to coming in. I have been experiencing on and off pain from the wisdom tooth, as well as hot and cold pains and needed to get in ASAP. I arrived at exactly 1 o'clock for my appointment (not a minute late). There were three people ahead of me, but were all taken back by 1:15. I was the only one in the lobby for about 20 minutes until another gentleman came in around 1:30ish. He sat for just 15 minutes before being taken back before me. When I asked the front desk why this occurred, I was told he had a different doctor and different work being done. Being a new patient, being in pain, and after sitting in the lobby for nearly an hour I felt totally disrespected. I am sure they did not do it intentionally, and their staff was friendly. However, I did not get the treatment I needed and I'm now going to have to go a few more days in pain until I get another appointment somewhere else. I'm not sure why I was booked at 1 if there were 4 other patients taken before me causing me to wait nearly an hour. Would I have had to wait another 50 minutes if I didn't approach the front and ask what was going on? It was just 5 minutes after I asked why I was not being seen that a dental assistant came out to take me back... Another reason I left was because I was told the doctor was still treating a different patient and would be a little longer before I saw her. So even though I was going to the back, who knows how long it would have been before the doctor was completed with their current patient? Once again, the staff is friendly and they do a great job answering the phone, scheduling patients and being friendly. But I personally am not happy with how I was handled at 1 PM on a Friday after being on time and making this appointment as a new patient for pain. read more

A crown came off late Friday afternoon. Even though I was a new patient, I was told to come in. Seen promptly. All the staff introduced themselves and were very friendly. This place is a scam. All they do is try and upsell and tell you that you need procedures that are not needed. They casually told me that I needed all of my teeth removed and should get implants for only 30 thousand dollars. They then pressured me into making an appointment with the oral surgeon for a consultation with a deposit of 100 dollars. I was assured several times by the office manager Carlos Martinez that this could be refunded as long as I canceled the appointment 48 hours out. I went for a second opinion and was told that I most certainly do not need what they told me I needed. Because I too felt like they were scamming me, I decided to no longer go to this dentist. I called to get my deposit refunded well outside the 48 hour window and was told by Carlos Martinez that I would not be receiving a refund because that is their cancellation policy. Their policy is nowhere to be found and I find it quite amusing that the same person who made all the assurances to me completely revised his statement and was so comfortable at stealing my money.
