I sat through an introductory consultation where every account and asset I own was provided. I asked the associate upfront what the fee(s) would be to establish a trust. Her response was that Mr. Pierro would be in to provide that. It was pretty stunning to hear $6k and I am sure if I presented with fewer assets the fee would be different, otherwise there would be transparency. I've since established the trust, and that plus a will, power of attorney, and health care proxy were all executed with a different law office, specializing in estate planning for $3k.

He literally abandoned me 2 weeks before we were due to settle because i didnt feel comfortable with what he negotiated. The negotiations took place off the record without my knowledge and nobody present. He tried bullying me and my younger brother into consenting to the agreement. When i asked for information and documents i was ignored. He was extremely immature, lazy and temperamental. If i was skeptical of anything he would get mad asking me if i was a lawyer. He would attempt to belittle me and lie so blatantly without even attempting to cover the lie up. there was no conversation he would just talk over you. He wants to tell you what hes going to do and what your going to do. He has no sentiment towards anyone at all. Jacob V. who is/was an associate there was assigned to my case originally. No complaints with him. He immediately went to work. Answered our questions. Communicated effectively. He was unwavering the minute we hired him for representation. According to Aaron he is no longer with the firm and thats how i ended up with Aaron. There may be other lawyers in the firm that are competent and wont treat you like a peasant. I dont know. This was my experience and it was nothing but anxiety the moment Aaron took our case. When we went our separate ways there were not any notes, documents, records of anything. He just pretty much winged it i guess who knows.

This place is the worst and I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. They left my boyfriend in his own…read moreurine and waste multiple times, ignoring the call bells and not checking in for hours. My boyfriend suffered damage in his spine and was unable to move any of his limbs, multiple times he became stuck and hit the call bell just for no one to come for over an hour. There were times he wasn't fed his dinner until 1am, and many times staff would come to check on him while on their phones, disregarding what he said. At one point he requested to go to the ER, as he was getting worse daily and wanted to see a doctor, he was refused twice. Had to wait until he was at a doctors appointment and demand to be sent to the ER from there just to get there. Turns out the doctor confirmed he should have been sent the moment he asked because he urgently needed another surgery. They tried to wipe it under the rug that he was getting worse and would have continued pretending he was fine if the doctor hadn't advocated and listened when he said he didn't want to go back. They messed up taking him to appointments, making him miss them and did less than the bare minimum for therapy. The staff there are only there for a paycheck, spending most of their time on their phones and ignoring their patients. Don't send your loved ones here, they'll end up worse than ever before

I have hired so many agencies in the past to care for my father, and time and time again I have…read morebeen let down and disappointed by the lack luster support I have received. That is UNTIL I called Angels on Call. They were able to place an amazing caretaker with my father and not only has his quality of life improved so has MINE! The staff gets straight to the point regarding any changes with the schedule and the nurses have been wonderful with the training for my father caretaker. If you have a loved one that needs help this is the only agency I would tell you to call.

Living 3 hours from my mother I am not able to make it up to see her every week so i rely heavily on the updates and conversations that I have with the staff at Angels On Call. They are kind, thorough and conscientious of individual requests and expectations. Always very prompt to reply. Would highly recommend for a loved one.
