It finally became something that I could no longer avoid so I went to Grand River Dental because I really trust the dentists there to do the best job. It turns out that I was correct to trust them because they made the whole process seamless. I was in and out with four less wisdom teeth and barely any pain and no swelling (granted i was on pain killers) I was back to work the next day and minus the obvious healing curve, everything was back to normal very quickly. My wisdom teeth were fully grown in so it's possible that my procedure went smoother than someone whose teeth are not fully grown in or impacted, but even then, I would trust this team to do the best job they could to minimize the trauma from this surgery. Nothing that I was scared of happening happened and I am so grateful to this dental team!

Dr. Malin is a real expert at his craft and his chair-side manner is fantastic! I was particularly impressed by how much state-of-the-art equipment Dr. Malin had in the office. To top it off all of the staff at GRD are all very friendly and helpful as well! Definitely will come back and definitely recommend Grand River Dental! Thanks, Dr. Malin!

In early 2020 I had a consultation with "endodontic specialist of La Crosse." They told me how much…read moreit would cost to have my work done. ($2000) Six months later I made the appointment and showed up for the work to be done on my teeth, and by then the price had risen to nearly $3000 That's almost 50% in a few months. I asked if they would honor the quote they had given me previously. Of course, they would not. So I politely, but firmly communicated my disappointment that they had raised the price so much in such a short amount of time. I was told to leave and don't come back, because I expressed my opinion on their priceing policies. Later, when I got home, I started thinking maybe the price increase was due to possible pandemic price gouging. Now, five years later, I've been referred to them again, and they still will not see me. So if you want to deal with some arrogant pricks, that feel they are above criticism, this is the place for you. This is what you get, when a business has a monopoly in an area. It's a small town.

I have been traveling from Chicago to use Dr. Fred Kriemelmeyer for the past 10 years and he is…read moreeverything you could possibly want in a dentist. Smart, caring, and holistic. In a world of cosmetic dentistry where it seems everyone is out for the whitest smile with no regards to long term care, Dr. Kriemelmeyer takes his time with you, evaluating not just your teeth, but your entire body to make sure its functioning the way it should. He widened my smile and straightened my teeth, which were important to my vanity. But for him, it wasn't just about looking good - it was about feeling good and making sure he corrected issues for the long run. Through appliances and braces, he moved my jaw forward which has allowed me to sleep better, reduce grinding, and feel better overall. He refuses to use anything in my mouth that, in the long run, he feels could hurt the integrity of my body. In fact, he was one of the first dentists to cease using mercury in his dentistry. Overall, I am happy to offer my first Yelp review for Dr. Kriemelmeyer. He has shown me great respect, care, and truly looks out for the long term health of not only my teeth, but my entire body. Keep up the great work!!
