Larry and Collision Masters were so incredibly thorough and kind from when I walked in. Larry isn't just there to conduct business, he took me through the step by step, showing me what needed replacing or looked at - and why. He then gave me a conservative estimate of time based on all these parts and the work that needed doing. He was kind and updated me every step of the way and finished my car with 4-5 days to spare. I can not recommend this shop enough. It was an absolute pleasure meeting him and my car looks better than it did prior to the collision. Larry is a warm and caring individual who takes great pride in the work he does and you feel that when he talks to you.

I brought in my vehicle and was greeted with a smiling face. My car came back almost new. The only…read moreproblem I had was that they didn't update me as much as they said they would and did not give me a pick up date until a few days before. The only reason I even got a pick up date was because my husband went up there and had to hound the mechanics to actually figure out what was going on. I got my vehicle back and the soft top wasn't even put on correctly. Other than that, they did a great job with the paint and putting on the rest of the parts.

Upon receiving my keys and with the shop manager explaining the oil change and tire rotation was serviced on my Denali truck- I personally went to inspect and identified that the tires I marked had not been rotated. I went back to the office to inform the shop manager and I've even played it off as if I had no clue about the maintenance requirements for my truck just to test how he'd respond. Sure enough- to save face- he informed me that Mid Missouri Motor (MMM) service department measures the tire tread and had determined my tires didn't need rotating. How unprofessional that I pay for a service that I didn't receive and to suggest that was appropriate. Additionally, the technician failed to place a paper floor mat to protect the Denali carpet. Vehicle was returned with caked on mud left on my carpet. I will be posting a review of MMM on Yelp, Google and the official GM Twitter account to inform everyone to stay away from MMM service department and how they mistreat service members actively serving in the Army.
