It was a challenge to find clothing as they are not sorted by size. They also do not offer returns. I doubt I'll return.

This is a great store with cool finds everyone was nice. There's tons of cool kids toys and adult clothes. All at a fair price.

Fun stuff decent prices mostly. Clean. The variety in clothing was good, but low on the furniture and household bits.

This is a horrible location. I have been going to this location for many years but won't be…read morereturning since the last two visits left me feeling very shocked. One of the young guys at the donation dock, and the store "manager" were horrible to deal with. The last visit I was dropping off donations. At some point during or right after Covid, they put out a sign by the donation dock that says to stay in your car. I thought this was a Covid - don't spread your germs, thing. (So when I gather up my donations around the house, I collect items for Salvation Army, and other items for a woman's shelter. so usually I have two sets of donations. Also I may have items in my trunk cuz they live in my trunk, such as a large basket I use for produce when I go to the grocery store.) So I stepped out to make sure the employee grabbed the right box. An older gentleman told me that a young guy would be out to meet me, so I didn't need to lift the box. Then he disappeared inside. The young guy came out and told me I have to stay in my car. I explained that I needed to make sure he grabbed the right box since I had other stuff there. Then he got snotty and asked me if I could read the sign. So I said again, that I was just making sure he got the right box cuz I didn't want him to take the other stuff. So he said super annoyed, "You can see the sign, right?" (What? Seriously bro? Do they think people who are donating are going to steal from the clothing bin outside the dock?) I said, well if you're not going to allow me to make sure you don't take the wrong boxes then I guess I'll have to make my donations elsewhere. And his response was "yea, do that. Don't donate here if you can't stay in your car." So that is what I will do. There's a Good Will at Ford and Telegraph which is closer to my house so I will do that from now on. The second to last time I made a donation here, I went in to shop. I bought a dining table and 4 chairs they had for sale. I paid for the item and returned later with a friend to help me load it. An employee got us a big flat bed type cart to load it, but it looked big to fit thru the front door so I asked if we cud got thru the back which was right there, to the dock, which was another 20 feet and out the back. She said she would ask and disappeared in the back. She came out and said yes you can go out the back. So we loaded it all on the cart and we were bringing it thru the back, just like the employee said we could. Suddenly a really tall guy starts yelling at us "What are you doing back here! You can't be back here!" We explained that we were told we could go out the back since the table was so wide and it wouldn't fit out the front door. He kept yelling "Who said you could! I am the manager! You cannot be back here! I am the manager! I didn't give you permission!" I seriously wanted to reassure him that "HE IS THE MANAGER AND THE WHITE LADY WASN'T USURPING HIS AUTHORITY. ITS ONLY BECAUSE ITS A BIG ITEM AND IT CANT FIT THRU THE FRONT DOOR. ITS NOT THAT DEEP!" So we had to go back into the store and disassemble the entire table, and bring it out the front door in grocery carts. Maybe this place gets robbed a lot or something? Ugggggg Just never mind. Not going back here again.

I really like this Value World, and since I live nearby, it's become my go-to for all my clothes…read moreneeds. I've spent cumulatively dozens of hours in here at this point, so let me tell you the good and the bad. The good: this place is PACKED with stuff. Soooo much stuff. According to them, they get thousands of new pieces every day. There is a wide selection of types of clothes and every category contains many options. It's a spacious building with a huge parking lot, even when it's busy it doesn't feel crowded. It doesn't smell musty, like some thrift stores. I can always find multiple pieces here that I really like, and although there've been a few complaints in the reviews about pricing, I think the pricing is actually quite fair, and comparable to other local non-profits like Goodwill and Sal. Army. On average I can get about ten pieces of clothing for $50. Especially considering the price of first-hand clothes right now, that's a steal. If you join the rewards program they regularly do flash sales of 50% off everything in store or one category, like winter clothes. The bad: the items are organized by color rather than by size, which forces you to look through many more clothes before you can find something that fits. Some areas are so jam-packed with clothes you cannot look at any one individual piece without pulling it off the rack. Many of the shirts and blouses are hung on a lower rack that comes up to about knee level, so you either have to bend over or kneel to look at those tops, both of which seem like gross, unpleasant options to me. It's not the cleanest place in the world, but comparable to other thrift stores. SOME individual pieces do have confusingly high prices that seem out of place, but that's the exception, not the rule. Worst part of the store to me is the music they play, but I just bring headphones.

Went there today to purchase some clothes like I always do . Encountered two very rude employee…read moregirls that had no idea what customer service was all about . It is easy to find in a shopping plaza with other businesses and directly across the street from Buffalo Wild Wings. The selection of clothing and media are excellent here. This is a great place to support local business and we can assist them with changing lives through job creation. The employees are very welcoming. They have gone bag less so bring your own recycle shopping bags or purchase one of the jazzy black Goodwill bags for carrying out your purchases. The bag says, 'I (red heart) Goodwill!' It is less than two dollars and great value for return thrift shopping. On this trip I found several ladies clothing pieces for my daughter returning to the office to work, plus a new Oprah Show DVD collection! No, tariffs here! Yay!
