They found my headlights weren't working, which turned out to be a connector I had forgotten to plug in while reassembling the bike. Instead of charging me a full hour of labor, they only charged for the actual time it took to find and fix the problem. Honest pricing, great service, and a team that clearly cares about their customers. It's hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but these guys have earned my business. They offered to do it for $45, and instead of going 45 minutes across the city 3 times to grab my wheel to bring back to Alberta cycle and then return it, I thought it was the reasonable thing to do. Now, I go into Alberta cycle to explain the situation hoping to get my $45 refunded and was told "no. You should have brought the tire back for us to do it here." I had the paperwork from the OOP inspection to prove it and also the receipts from when they put my tires on the same week. Not fair that they expected me to waste 2 hours of my time for their mistake.

When I arrived at the shop, they have sanitizer inside the door, arrows on the floor (although some folks are just too self-absorbed to bother - yes I'm talking to you lady on the cell phone who wouldn't move out of my way so I could pass safely) Parts counter has a plexiglass shield, and when I got to the front of the line - it was LINDSAY who helped me! What a coincidence! My item was waiting for me, and she sanitized the PIN pad very well so I could use my card. Transaction and indoor time was in & out in under 8 minutes. Worth the drive. Needless to say, the two times I've dealt with the Honda side were good in the past year. Could they do anything better? For me, no. That's why the 5 stars.

After checking the fuel system and determining the fuel pump was good as new , they put an industrial grade dewatering agent in the tank , let it sit for a while , took it for a test drive..good as new .
