I went as far as contacting Aurora 11 times and connecting them over the phone with my insurance provider. Every occasion they have said they had sent out the paperwork so I would stopped getting harassed neither I or my auto insurance company have received it. I have proof of calls recorded on my phone as well. And now they have claims harassing me because they can't send the papers to either of us. This is the worse and most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a hospital and I regularly go to the VA hospitals.

The program director, Sandy Sandee, is a Registered Occupational Therapist. Together with professional staff and volunteers, she leads or assists with classes in which disabled individuals can ride horses, learn how to control them, do physical exercises astride the horse, and play "horse games." The classes are fun for both riders and instructors and help disabled individual strengthen muscles and overcome fears. I have seen huge smiles on the faces of the riders, parents, friends, and volunteers when clients overcome an obstacle or even just have fun on a horse. The horses are very calm and patient. Some of them have been donated to BEAMING, Inc. and some are on loan. What a wonderful and worthwhile effort for the BEAMING staff and volunteers.
