Anyone who has had blood drawn knows how quickly this can go wrong. Today I went back for a follow up and met with their NP Katie who was friendly and took the time in detail to walk me through my results and answer any questions I had. In fact as time has gone on, I no longer look at these individuals as providers, but more so like friends! I really didn't know for sure if the person was an actual employee or not. I informed the caller that we have been using Wheaton for 40 years and never were delinquent so why are we The caller said receiving a call now. I further told her that the visit was 2 weeks ago and the bill hasn't even gotten to our house yet. The caller said that she would make a note not to call anymore. No wonder the doctors are all leaving there, a very unorganized place. Time to move on and look for another hospital and won't be Wheaton.
