After I attended the in class program and got to know the staff, I lost all respect for them. They would speak about former students, other industry experts, invited guests in a bad manner. They would always use the opportunity to put that persons knowledge down while elevating their appearance to the student body. Why am I giving them three stars? I left with the information I needed. Any time I see them out, I still shake their hands and say thank you because they gave me an insight to practices within the industry, I will never practice in my own professional career. Also, myself and many have found going to their online classes were a better experience than going to their classes in person. With the one star review, there used to be many stories similar to that gentlemen's but they recently wiped all the older reviews. Many of the 5 star reviews are either teachers or interns or people placed at a sister business.

He was very patient, and took the time to make the edits that needed to be made. As far the owners are concerned, though, they were very unprofessional, disengaged and unaccommodating. Originally, Elton, one of the co-owners, agreed on me coming in at 10 a.m. to film my live video, but then he left town and had Nick, the other co-owner take over. Nick, then, last minute changed the time to 11:30 a.m. His attitude was not of someone who was concerned about moving the time, either. He more or so blew my needs off when I said I can not move the time and suggested I cancel the shoot when I had people to pay to come and record a video. This put me in a very difficult position because I had a shorter window of time to record the video. Thankfully, it worked out because my and my crew did the best we could with the time we had. Another concern of mine. Elton delayed the mastering of the song by a couple of weeks. He also did a very poor job on the final master. I had a very hard time getting a hold of this man. I kindly asked him to fix it. I even said I would pay, but he ignored all of my e-mails and phone calls. He delayed my project by about 2 weeks. Now, I have someone more reliable helping me. I have to say, I will never recommend someone to this place. If these gentlemen were professional and kind, they would have not only called me up to apologize, personally, but they would have given me a free recording. That is how you keep customers happy and have them coming back, again.

Breakthrough Moments From the Very First Lessons…read more I can't recommend Danielle LoPresti enough as a singing teacher. She is amazing--supportive, patient, and incredibly kind. Almost immediately after I started taking lessons with her, she helped me break through obstacles that I had struggled with my whole life. What I appreciate most is her holistic approach to singing. For me, it's about expression, not perfection, and Danielle truly understands that. She creates a safe environment where I never feel judged or rushed, which makes it much easier to explore my voice and grow with confidence. Another thing that makes her classes special is the community she has built among her students. She organizes opportunities for us to meet and perform, which is incredibly valuable.
