Basically, the tire store billed for an alignment but didn't do it. (Car pulled to the left like mad.) Then, they wouldn't actually do the alignment they billed for bc they claimed the tires were"flat-spotted" and needed to be replaced first. Fix-it actually left it up to me to get it fixed at another tire shop, then refused to pay for that work! Even though I had a warranty! They finally agreed only after I threatened to go to corporate Fix-it headquarters. And it still took a month to get my money.

AAA sent our vandalized Bronco to this shop and they were supposed to send it to an auto glass shop…read moreto replace the windshield, driver's window and back side window in the shell. Instead, I'm assuming so they could keep the insurance company themselves, they replaced the glass themselves. Well, they had no idea what they were doing. The windshield isn't even attached to the truck - it's just laying in the frame without seal holding it in; the driver's side window was a used window that looks like someone had taken steel wool to it and scratched it all up, and on the shell window they used what looks like old, cracked and yellowed seal. They also scratched the chrome around the windshield, and the driver's window won't go up and down. When we took it back and told them to make it right, they swore at us and said we were expecting too much. We now have to continue paying for a rental car while AAA schedules to have the glass installed correctly. What has happened to honest businesses who provide good customer service? We're talking to a lawyer and will probably be pursuing damages. If there was less than "not good" for a rating, I would pick it. More like horrible.

Communication was also lacking throughout the process. I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates, and even then, the explanations I received were vague and didn't match the final result. When I picked up the car, it was clear the problem hadn't been fully addressed. The owner was very rude and aggressive towards me when I tried to solve new issues brought on by the mechanic and nothing was done to help the situation. For the amount of time and money spent, I expected a much higher level of workmanship and accountability. Instead, I'm left needing to take my vehicle somewhere else to have the job done correctly. When I called, was told that a subcontractor did it and it wasnt done by his shop. Only when I was home 50 miles away I found they still didnt work. Called to ask about a warranty, no answer, I left a voicemail, nothing...So, When I posted my review, The "Owner" Jack left me a vulgar and unprofessional voicemail. I was actually threatened, if I didnt remove it and he told me that they didnt do the work. My truck was at his shop for 3 days, I picked it up there, I handed you the money...SO.... hows that? JACK!! After reading the other reviews on here. I had to repost what hapoened...Now, I'm thinking I got off lucky. Steer clear of this place, hope the sheriff does board it up. ONE STAR AS THEY DONT HAVE ZERO STARS.
