I called the last place that I used on my Cayenne (who did a great job and were professional), but their prices were much higher than in the spring of this year for ceramic tint. I decided to shop around. That's when I saw all of the great reviews for A+ which honestly made me a little bit skeptical, but I decided to reach out anyway. I messaged with someone for a day or two, and then I decided just to make the appointment. A+'s pricing was about $200 less than the last place that I took my last car to. They were able to get me in the very next day! That was surprising and a welcomed relief to my light sensitive eyes. When I arrived, I was greeted and we discussed my tinting preferences. After the game plan was made, I felt confident that I was going to get exactly what I wanted as far as the darkness in the vehicle. I came prepared to wait for hours on end, and in just over an hour, my vehicle was completed! I believe there were three gentlemen working on my windows, so that was great teamwork. I couldn't find my receipt but I figured they would have me in their system, and so I drove down there and talked to someone in person, who gave me the impression he was in charge. He told me that they don't keep any information in the system and there was nothing he could do for me. He said I would need to find my receipt from 4 years back?! What?! Seriously? Who doesn't keep records in their business system? Are they using triplicates? He said for me come back and they could fix it and maybe "see what they can do after it's fixed." Huh?!
