Can't say too much about the gambling here because I didn't donate a lot but it surprised me when I…read moredid a full walkthrough and noticed that there is a second floor full of machines as well. If this is your first time in here like mine, you can explore around and find many many Nook and crannies like you've entered little rooms of machines, it's pretty neat. I'm sure it would get tiring after a while or many trips back to here. What I like about here is there are table games like most medium casinos. I would consider this as one and the table limits are low, for example, $5 as compared to $10 or $25 at large Casino like Choctaw or WinStar. Also there is a food court here (kun1 a mall) I guess for the budget-minded food consumer here instead of the expensive restaurants that amplify their menu prices. It was closed this particular Sunday but I could tell it would be a good value to eat here and not worry about going outside for something cheaper down the road. At last there are drink stations here for your beverage enjoyment pleasures because the cost is free hundred for each cup and the unique thing that I like about here is this is the only Casino where I've seen where they dispense SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM (gasp!) in a cup!!!! McDonald's has left the chat. Connected to the hotel are numerous ballrooms and hotel with a garage connected in the back but parking is ample out front as well and there is valet parking.

This has come a long way from when it first opened. Took a while for Oklahoma to get on board with the gaming stuff. Everything is run by the Native Americans and the casinos have to be built on their land. It's turned into a very nice destination point.

She explained that the charge wouldn't match at first due to how they charge cards. The charge did adjust to the proper rate later. The room I was in had 2 queen beds. I'm always worried about staying in hotels with the influx of bed bugs around in the state. I am happy to report that I checked under the sheets and in the seams, and there were no signs of any. Phew! They had an inviting indoor swimming pool, but by the time we made it back to the hotel, it was already closed. I stepped into the fitness area to make a phone call with some privacy. It was clean and even though there weren't many machines, they were well maintained and the room was clean. I liked the fact that it has a business center. Some hotels don't. The next morning we had the continental breakfast, which had no only the typical fruit/bread/pastries, but it also had a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, and sausage; along with complimentary coffee and juices. It was a great stay for us. Thank you!

Bed bugs. The second…read morenight of my two-night stay, I started feeling itchy while lying in my bed in room 208 of this Comfort Inn & Suites. The sheets felt scratchy on my chest like maybe I was allergic to the detergent they used on the bedding. I told my daughter how I was feeling and that my chest was red and burning, and she said she hoped it wasn't bed bugs. Hoping for some peace of mind, I stripped the bed to inspect the seams of the mattress. I didn't find anything so I put the bed back together and tried to sleep. I only got about two hours of sleep that night before having to be up for an early morning flight home. I spent hours in that bed itching, burning, and feeling like I had bugs crawling all over me. When I woke up in the morning, I saw six raised bites clustered on my chest, which is a typical biting pattern for bed bugs. In the photo, there is a single bite at the top, and the larger spot at the bottom is five bites clustered together. There were other issues with the room like a leaky bathtub faucet and a broken coffee machine, but I'm not one to complain over small issues. If I'm able to get a good night's sleep, I'm perfectly happy. Now I'm home washing and sanitizing everything that was in that room with us and paying dry cleaning bills for the items that we couldn't put through the dryer. I'm waking up at night in my own bed feeling like there are bugs crawling on me. I think it's just the thought that I could have brought them home that's making it hard to sleep. I tried to reach the manager the day after I checked out, again the day after that, and finally three days later, I heard back from her. She said that she inspected the room and also had an exterminator come out, and they did not find any signs of bed bugs. She said that since they were not able to visually observe any bed bugs, the room was not treated and she could only give me 20% off of my stay when I had requested a full refund. She was not interested in seeing photos of my bites. She has already rented the room out to two other guests. The first did not complain about anything and the second hasn't checked out yet. This room is not severely infested enough yet to show visible signs, but there are bed bugs in there for sure that are multiplying as we speak! This was an awful thing to experience, but I am mostly disappointed with how the manager handled the situation. I will be reaching out to the booking agency, Pott. County Health Department, Choice Hotels corporate, and whoever else I can think of to let them know about my experience here.

Not only did she repair the poor experience herself, which was totally unexpected but MUCH appreciated, but she also allowed us to check in slightly early to let us get some rest. She was extremely friendly, accommodating, and approachable when we did notice an issue with our room (just a broken towel bar). The hotel is new. It was formerly a run down motel 6 and is now very nice and modern inside. For the price, it is a great deal. I have stayed in many Super 8's or comparable "motels" for the same price and this is by far the best experience for your buck. The only negatives I have with this hotel is the internet is not great and the parking lot/area around the hotel had a lot of litter. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone staying in the area.
