We try to keep it clean. But it is disgusting. We had a roach crawling around our tooth brushes.

Huge roach crawling all over room.

Stayed here on 5/7/22. Stayed in room 100, right next to the office. DO NOT STAY HERE OR LET THEM GIVE YOU THIS ROOM. Noisy as f"@&, rude people talking loudly after midnight, idiot stopping in front of office at 12:30 am blasting bass loudly in car. Yelled out the door for him to shut that crap up. Geez, rude, stupid people. Check in lady was great. Check out lady sucked. See pictures of GIANT ROACH I had to capture to be able to sleep. I have cancelled all my Cali Motel 6 reservations. These places mostly have people living there full time. I am done.

I'm only giving it 1 star because I have to. If you wanna smoke some crack or have low standards or need to sleep before you crash & die then this is the place for you! I do a lot of cross country traveling & stay in a lot of hotels & this is one of the sketchiest ever. It's not so much that it's a bit outdated, it's that it's actually not very clean to boot. Right when I walked in I was hit with a smell that only be described as spray & cheap air freshener. I don't know what they need more, a remodel or a new cleaning crew cuz the bathroom was not even clean & the towels were ghetto as hell! Looked like something you'd see in a mechanic shop! There were burn marks all over stuff including in the shower, there was hair in the sink & on the floor...just no

WARNING DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE READ FULL REVIEW PLEASE!!! wish that I could rate it less stars than one. The room was full of body hair and other assorted hairs some of the towels had discoloration and of course there was a condom by my nightstand I spoke to flor the lady at the night shift who had no interest in refunding my money or even listening to my complaint or transferring me to another room extremely filthy and unprofessional workers. Do not take your kids or pets here god only knows what they could catch accidentally touching freakin condoms literally 1 foot from where your head lays!!!!

    Covid clean and much appreciated.

Great stay and a great value! We checked in on a Saturday evening. The last room available was a wheelchair accessible one which we did not mind but upon entering we realized that the sheets appeared as though they had not been turned down. We expressed our concerns to Sophia who was the employee that checked us in and she immediately locked up the office and went to retrieve us clean fresh sheets and apologized profusely which we greatly appreciated so much so that after a day of site seeing we decided to return and give them our business once again. Upon check in Sophia remembered us and provided a lovely room that allowed us a view of our vehicle so we had piece of mind for our personal belongings which we greatly appreciated. Sophia didn't stop there though. Fifteen minutes after our check in she PERSONALLY called in to make sure our room was to our satisfaction! Wow, if that isn't fantastic customer service I don't know what is?! I would like to personally acknowledge Sophia's phenomenal customer service and the fact that she went above and beyond. I would also like to acknowledge the fact that I observed her training a newly hired employee and the patience and kindness she extended to her while checking me in. Bravo Motel 6 I genuinely didn't expect much more other than an economical stay but employees like her really made all the difference in my stay and I will 100% return as result of Sophias wonderful customer service.

Used 10+ wipes and how they came out from cleaning the floor, counters, and yes the bathroom too

Highly disappointed Motel 6....before I used to rate 5/5 but now thanks to this pandemic I have to give 2/5....your company disgust me here....front desk very polite but once I entered my room with family; talk about I needed to do a deep cleaning....everything was dirty....I and I repeat """I""" had to be the "maid" and clean the entire place. Looked as if the Maids are slacking off during a pandemic....covid is still around worse than the flu; maids should care at this time like before to keep everyone safe since they only clean once others check out. Shit if maids won't do there job right then give it to me....I bin a housekeeper 6+ years

Roaches crawling all over , we killed like 8 of them.

STAY AWAY from this Motel 6!!! Be warned!! If can give it zero stars I would, Never again will I book at this location! Room 106 is roach infested and I demanded a refund and left that room at midnight even though all the hotels/motels were booked due to the BTS concert within that area. I rather drive miles away for a clean room or drive 6 hrs back home then stay in that room! Front desk lady working that night May 5, 2019 didn't argue w me and was quick to refund me but didn't seem too concern like this is the norm for this motel. This ppl is what you get when your reservations were cancelled by mistake by another motel 2 wks before a major event and you settle. Never will I settle again and I rather stay at nicer hotel and drive into the event rather then stay at a roach infested motel that's close to a venue. Not only that I was suppose to be in a non smoking room which the lady stated it was but you know ppl smoke in there bc the cigarette smell just hits you in the face as you walk into it. I'm so disgusted by the place. Do not book at this location!! You've been warned

If you are looking at this page before booking your room, MOVE ON! We stayed at this Motel 6 while traveling cross country and we have to say that it was the worst place we stayed at. This includes sleeping in the car, in the middle of the woods, while in a thunder storm. The terrible experience played out as follows; 1. We showed up at 1am after driving from Las Vegas. We were greeted by a very rude employee who gave us our room key and said little less. 2. When we entered our room it was a bit disheveled, the furniture was worn down, there was a huge gap under the door, and the bathroom was gross. 3. After we fell asleep we were woken by people screaming in the parking lot at 3am. This didn't just happen once, but multiple times throughout the night. 4. When we showered in the morning the water pressure was terrible and it often slowed when others used water in the hotel. 5. When we went to the car, there were scratches all over the doors from someone trying to break in even though it was parked in front of the lobby door. When we told the staff member she said, "I'm sorry, thank you for staying and come again." In the end this is a terrible hotel, with terrible staff and no place to safely park.

Parking accommodation for extra long ADA vehicle
    Debra S.

Everything you would expect for an inexpensive, safe and clean lodging. The staff gladly accommodated my extra long vehicle with an orange safety cone. My second night, I used my ADA placard and took an angled position in the van accessible parking spot. My room was within view of my vehicle and the location is well lit. Customer coffee courtesy isn't available until 6:00 in the morning which is too late for my schedule. Staff suggested the Chevron just a few yards away with exceptional coffee and tea selection 24-hours. My two nights went smoothly for all my special needs. The room had housekeeping service after my first night with fresh soap and towels. Great bargain, safe and accommodating motel! Thanks

I know the saying you get what you pay for would put a Motel 6 in a different class from a Hyatt hotel, but there is still a standard all hotels share of being clean and well kept. I have stayed in many Motel 6's and this one gets the "will not return" stamp of un-approval. Not a bad area of town, but the rooms are in pretty awful condition. I think when you find cigarette burns on the bedspread for a non smoking room it should present some concern. Bathroom and bed were in bad shape and when moving the bed on wheels from against the wall the items found behind were pretty nasty. Would not stay in this specific hotel again.

    Bedbugs
    Kevin E.

I have never, ever, ever in all 41 of my years on this planet seen a bedbug.. Well, until I came here.... I was woken up around 3:20 am believing there was a mosquito in the room, I had welts everywhere. I woke my wife up, she said turn on the lights, find it, kill it.. Turned the lights on 2 fat and full bed bugs right by my pillow.. Thank goodness I got up, my face was next... I gave this Place 2Stars because of the location of the event we were going to, and the staff was helpful to us also, accommodating after incident.. I generally shy away from Motels that people live in, but due to the Santa Anita Derby you get what you get.. Also try going back to bed after being attacked by bedbugs...

    Stains on pillows
    Larissa R.

Please Please Please for you safety Dont stay here!!! Sat 3 minutes on the bed started itching. Theres cigarette burns on the bed spread and stains on the pillow cases. The bathroom is dirty already found hair and pubes gross. Theres mild growing in the corner .

They proceeded to handle my luggage and direct me to the check-in. The lobby was ravishing, plastered with beautiful crowning and a centerpiece of the most radiant lilies. The moment I stepped into my room, I could smell the fresh lingering scent of linen, and dust was nowhere to be seen. The bathroom floors sparkled, and the marble was smooth and cool on my feet. Couldn't have slept any better than I did in this deluxe patio room. The view outside was magnificent, and my morning coffees tasted one hundred times better than any restaurant I've had. The teahouse restaurant was luxurious, with the most delicious jasmine tea and scrumptious blueberry scones. The chicken sandwich was served on a beautiful plate and tasted delectable. I truly have no single complaints, I couldn't have had a better stay anywhere else. This location blows any other hotel in the Los Angeles area out of the water. 1000/10, cannot go wrong here.

You can go there for business and/or pleasure. I didn't have a reservation and walked in w/out one. Christopher at the front desk said that they had few rooms available and he can check me in right away. Had to run to the restroom in their lovely lobby very fast before taking care of business. Let's not forget that they welcome you with 2 warm, fresh Chocolate Chip cookies. I had to meet up with a client to discuss her wedding plans so that was the main reason that I was there this past weekend. February 28th, & March 1st. Checked out on the 2nd of March. Walked in to my room on the 7th floor #708 & later was moved to #718. I was planning to give this hotel 4 stars based on what happened in the 1st room, but since everything else went flawlessly from the restaurant, to the pool, jacuzzi, shower, etc... I will give them 5 solid stars for the employees going above & beyond for your comfort. They genuinely cared for your stay and the hospitality was just FANTASTIC in every way, on every level!!! Everybody was very helpful, nice, and caring. Both rooms that I stayed in were SUPER CLEAN, comfortable bed, sheets, towels, were crisp, and clean too. Pillows were also comfortable. Not too soft & not too firm. I had a minor or I should say a big hiccup the 1st room that I had stayed. Around 3:15am I hear this ugly, loud noise/sound coming from the bathroom. I couldn't figure out what the problem was and was keeping me awake. Plumbing problem with the toilet. Called the front desk and Simon who was working the graveyard shift refused to come up to check it out. Instead he sent the security guard by the name of William. That was not William's job. He somehow came to figure out what seemed to be the problem and long story short he helped me move my stuff to the next room down the hall. Both rooms had the following amenities:gym, meeting rooms, pool, with 4 cabanas, small store that had snacks, bottled drinks, cookies and other handy stuff. Restaurant, bar, small fridge, microwave, a safe, big closet with lots of drawers, blow dryer, shower, TV, phone, an iron, etc.. At the time of the checkout, I brought the problem that I had with the toilet and Laura, one of their managers went down on the price which was a very nice gesture coming from her. Also, I used my AAA discount towards my room. AAA always comes very handy! Ate at the restaurant twice during my stay and that's all I can say about this lovely, beautiful, comfortable hotel. Special thanks to Jaydon, the server that I had in the restaurant, gave me an exceptional service! William, the security guard, and the rest of the staff who helped me! Will definitely return next time I need some ME time or if it's work related. There are a lot of nice close by eateries all around. Has a HUGE parking lot, multiple restrooms in the lobby. Very clean, and that's all I can say for now. Thank you all!:-)

When you go to a Hampton Inn, you are assured a familiar standard in your experience. This one is…read moreno different compared to others. I've stayed at many Hampton Inns through the years to confidently say that. I'm not from this area but just from driving around it looks like a fine area. Lots of stuff around (restaurants, eateries, fast food, the mall, etc). I guess only con is it looks like there is constant traffic as it seems to be a hub for lots of amenities for the area. With that said the property looks kept up well. The lobby is pleasant and warm. Front desk person at 11PM was still energetic and professional. I didn't check all the amenities as this was a 1 night quick rest stop, but I did see an outdoor pool that closes at 9PM (not sure if heated) and no separate hot tub. The halls to the rooms are bright and dont look eerie at all. The rooms are fairly up to date being very utilitarian and functional. Tiny--by today's standards TV. Conveniently placed outlets with USB ports. There are 2 desks to work on. There are the ever so important microwave and minifridge with coffee maker. Beds and linens were up to par--both being good and comfortable. The HVAC system was adequate with a noticeable hum but no rattles. AC blows nice and cold--period. The bathroom is small, functional, and seems more recently updated than the room itself. Toilet seat is still the cheap low height. Con so far is the following: The bathroom door is a barn door. It serves to close the built in closet when bathroom door is open, and close the bathroom door itself when it use. It has a nice mirror to check yourself out. HOWEVER, there is NO LOCK ON THE BATHROOM BARN DOOR. So when you go to use the bathroom, you slide the barndoor shut but there is nothing preventing shared guests to simply go in there when in use. Bring back the standard door, as in this case function trumps fashion. As with all Hampton Inns--breakfast is included. It's the usual faire and quality if you have been to a Hampton Inn property before. Not much has changed in that for a decade or more. It's doable. Lots of carbs/breads/starches, yogurt, egg, potatoes, coffee, cereal, make your own waffle, etc. Overall another pleasant stay, but not perfect.

Recently stayed during the Easter weekend for spring break for 4 nights. The hotel was super busy…read morebut not too overwhelmingly crowded. Check-in was quick and easy. The room: we booked a classic double queen room for about $200/night. It was a nice clean room but quite basic compared to some of the less expensive hotels we've stayed at (such as the Ayres). Room came equipped with a good size tv, coffee maker, mini fridge, iron+table, hair dryer, water bottles (that cost a ridiculous $6), ice bucket; bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash -- all that were not good for me and my daughter as they all irritated our skins/scalps, but they all smelled really nice. Also provided were face soap and a really pleasant hand lotion that reminded me of the Jo Malone ones. Shower pressure was good. The light switches were a bit annoying because why do we need all the extra buttons/options. We just need the lights to turn on while we're doing our business. My negative one star is for the mattresses and pillows. My husband and I tossed and turned all night/every night because we were so uncomfortable. I even considered sleeping on the floor or arm chair next to the bed because anything would have been better than the mattress. The pillows were so flat, it felt like we were sleeping on nothing at all. I even took the pillows off of the bed my kids were sleeping on, stacked 4 pillows and still felt like nothing. I think I mostly was able to fall asleep because I was so exhausted from the days' activities that I just didn't care anymore. Other than that, the room was great, very good sound proofing as we didn't hear any noise at all and our room was near the elevator and ice machine (which were really loud and sounded like it was ready to explode), so we know there was quite the foot traffic passing by (also, we heard dogs barking as we were heading to the elevator but it was very low so that definitely shows how good the sound proofing is!). The housekeepers were sweet and prompt any time we needed something (ie extra towels, cups, etc). They even nicely folded my daughter's little blankie and put her plushies together (my daughter loved walking into the room and seeing them like that). Only thing I need to note in case anyone is looking for it, but there are no microwaves in the rooms. Hotel itself was really nice. Plenty of waiting areas and dining options available. We didn't try any of the restaurants but did hang out at the bar a few times. Drinks were chef's kiss, all made to perfection. The bartenders checked each time to make sure they were to our satisfactions (we had a lot to drink during our times at the bar lol). We also had some bites to go with our drinks and those were also good (definitely recommend the chicken karaage with the cocktails!). We met some fun people, including the bartenders that kept it positive with good energy. The hotel also has a pool, it was smaller than expected but still a good size for the kids. They provided towels and plenty of seating for moms to hangout poolside. The pool was slightly heated but it was kind of spotty in random areas. My daughter said it was mostly cold though. Note: do not try to enter the pool area from the back courtyard as that gate will not open, use the gate on the front side after passing the valet guys. Towels are towards the back gate, near the shower area. Valet: it was $31/day. No self parking. The guys were prompt at getting our car to us even when they were shorthanded. I think there was really only one time where we waited a little longer than 5 minutes but we were not in a rush, so we didn't mind waiting. You can also schedule for them to bring your car up at a certain time so it's there for you when you're ready to go (we had scheduled for them to bring our car up at 6:30am for an early access trip to Universal Studios -- which btw is only 30 minutes away from the hotel-- and our car was out there waiting for us!). We did have a few concerns as my car does have a GPS tracker on it and a few times it did ping that it was not at the address of the hotel, it wasn't too far off or anything but I've never had it log in a wrong address before; the other concerns were that my dash cam was moved and a few times I received notification that my doors were left unlocked (I was able to lock it remotely through my phone). We just kind of summed them up to human error (accidentally pushing the cam, forgetting to lock the doors, and maybe car was parked in a different lot as we were told that sometimes when the lot is full, they will park a little bit further out), our car got back to us, without damage, so no big deal. Overall, it was a great experience staying at Le Meridien and we will make this our go-to hotel every time we are in the area!

After going through a very stressful situation with a previous stay that led to my son having medical issues, my family and I came here exhausted and overwhelmed. From the moment we walked in, Emily at the front desk showed us nothing but kindness, professionalism, and understanding. She made the check-in process smooth and welcomed us without hesitation. I've stayed at many places over the years--Marriott, Embassy Suites, even high-end casino resorts back home in San Diego--and I can honestly say this place stands right there with them. The cleanliness, the comfort, the atmosphere... it truly exceeded expectations, especially for the value. This experience reminded me not to judge a place from the outside. What matters is how you're treated and how a place makes you feel--and this team made my family feel safe, comfortable, and cared for when we needed it the most. To Emily, and the manager, and the entire staff--thank you. What you did for my family means more than words can express. -- Snowden, LLC
