A little while into our stay we did get a knock on door from one of the owners and he told me that they didn't allow dogs on the couch in their rooms due to pet fur being hard to clean and brought us a sheet to put over it which of course we didn't mind doing but wish they'd told us before we got to the room lol The room was nice, but the comforters are very thin and had a few stains on them. The beds are hard and pillows Aren't the most comfy. There isn't breakfast but for the price that's absolutely fine. Shower was clean and had hot water. Tv worked well with lots of good channels. Could hear a little talking in other rooms but it didn't disturb us. Overall the stay was good and served it's purpose for us :)

I first rented here several years ago simply because of the rates, but was very pleasantly surprised to find a clean, well managed little motel. Over the past seven years I bet I've stayed here twenty times and it is consistently very clean and the staff is always nice. On my most recent stay they had made some changes and they told me that they have a new manager. She has definitely put a spit shine on the place. Now, this place is not fancy, but my room has always been immaculate. The hot water is plentiful and the morning coffee is decent. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful. Because of a neck injury I have to keep a towel around my neck all the time. I realized that my towel wasn't so clean and I was going to meet with a client, so I asked the lady at the front desk if I could buy a towel. Well, she just traded me a clean pool towel for my towel for free. It was so thoughtful. We got in really late after working all day on the second night and they ordered some pizza for me for delivery. I was just too tired to go out, so I really appreciated their efforts. This is on a four lane highway next to a wal mart so you can stop in there when you figure out what you've forgotten. My companion liked the Arby's next door. Even though it is on a highway I have never felt that the noise level was disturbing.

We stayed in Bay Minette to attend the funeral of a family member!!! We were already devastated by the loss of a love one AND staying at RRI did NOT help the situation at all. Room #101 is a filthy room...chairs, bedding, bathroom, sinks/tub refrigerator/microwave and flooring! Roaches were everywhere and they came and left at will. There was a huge gap in the room door and you could see the parking lot concrete and raindrops...this "deluxe" room! The door to an adjoining room had a gap in it so large that towels were placed on the floor to close the gap and roaches from moving in and out of the room. Television did not work AND an old school phone on the night stand was a prop...Did not work! The chair next to the bed was in shreds...looking like a dog chewed it up. People were sitting in the parking lot at night until past 3:00 am playing loud music, drinking, etc. BEWARE: BRING your own LINEN, CLEANING Products, Floor mats, and security device,,,the locks don't work. Lastly, If I could I would rate this place ZERO... I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE THAT THIS PLACE IS A MENTAL, EMOTIONAL and HEALTH RISK:( REQUESTING A REFUND..This is a LOWLY 3rd world place at best!!!

I had this dog for nearly a decade and never seen her drool. The last few days since she got home she been having diarrhea everywhere. Doesn't take a scientist to know their dog water is never changed or they gave her something to eat we didn't approve, do not recommend!
