Purchased a queen sized mattress for my guest room with my family the other day and Vinny was very pleasant. One week later he came by with his son to deliver the mattress. Like the purchasing process, the entire thing was short and sweet. I would definitely recommend working with them for your mattress needs. Let me start off my saying, an EXTREME thank you to Mr. Vince, for all he has done for my wife and I. He went above and beyond helping us with mattresses. He is knowledgeable about each product he has. Another thing I would like to say is Mr. Vince he gave us a good price on our mattress and bed. He welcomed us into his business as we were family! His sons that are the movers delivered the merchandise were very humble and well mannered. This is my second review of Mostly Mattress. I wrote my first review prior to the mattress even being delivered because I received such outstanding customer service. The mattress has been delivered now and it has done wonders for my back pain. I recently returned from a vacation and my back hurt through most of my trip. Upon my return I slept on my purchase again from Mostly Mattress and I'm back to no pain. Do not disregard Mostly Mattress when making a mattress purchase. They are so knowledgeable and their customer service is unmatched ! My thanks to Vince and the rest of his crew! read more

I highly recommend! After visiting many mattress stores and being left overwhelmed by choices and high pressure sales... I ended up at Mostly Mattress and it was the best thing that's happened to me! Vince welcomed me like family and listened to what my needs were. He then showed me the mattresses that fit in my guidelines. He patiently described how they were made and why I would have trouble with other selections. I never felt rushed and there was no pressure to go with name brands or higher priced mattresses. Delivery was setup on my timeline. The store kept in touch and on the day of delivery... my mattresses were brought in and setup with care. The delivery team made me feel appreciated for my business! I purchased 2 Queen sized mattresses with the adjustable frames and the sales team was fantastic. I was told they would be delivered the following Friday and true to their word, they were. When it was noticed that one of the frames was damaged they promptly took photos and informed their bosses to order a new one.
