Hired this pro to remove an old storm door and replace it with a new one. After that had him remove old vintage style door handle and deadbolt and install new ones and again had to modify the door sizes didn't match up. Then removed my old toilet and installed new one hassle free on that no modifications needed. Then he happened to notice some backed up water in the bathroom sink and offered to fix that for us charging of course nothing gets done for free.
