When I had my first and only problem with the service, I continued to ask for a manager which took 3 conversations until one was placed on the call. Each person had NO customer service skills. I was, at this moment upset because they simply dropped the ball. (trust me they don't want to hear it) Upon talking to the Broker Lisa, she said "We're sorry, were just so busy". Then clearly, she didn't want to listen to me and said, "Clearly we are not a fit for you, you moved your insurance with someone else, so we seem to be done". To me, we hire the Agencies for the service and customer service, should we have issues because they are the experts to advise us. Buyer beware; this is not the Agency to help you with that. You would think in an Industry the works off retention of Clients, this would be handled differently. I can only pray that other insureds start to feel the same way and cancel, cancel, cancel. I'd give them a "0" in review if it allowed me to.

Who, what, when... ect So if you're local and are really lookling for a true review on Bozeman Insurance.... don't waste your time... They are rude on the phone, don't respect your time or care about customer service ... past reviews are based on easy Insurance policies that are nothing for them to write. Especially if you're looking to build a business and team within the city and local business. Stay away from Bozeman and more importantly Andrew Tipton!!
