He never told me about the increase, I had to call and ask why is it higher. At the time it was just $20. I didn't see this being a problem until my 3rd renewal. I come to find that my card had been charged $50 more this time. I call to ask him about it and acts like he's going to do something has me call back, then acts like he's going to do something, says he'll call me back, then I hear nothing. I email him because not only does he have my wrong address but he never gave me a copy of my new insurance card. I get no response. I forget about it cause life happens. The next month my premium is up $20, so now he's into me for $90 total. I haven't had any run-in with any police or accidents for 10 years. It's not even the money really. Its how unsafe I feel with him having my card information when he can't inform me of a different amount being taken from my account. So Im pissed at this point and I tell him cancel my policy lose my card information NEVER charge my card again. Update my address so I can get mail from my insurance company. Then I get ANOTHER CHARGE ON MY CARD! WTF He says they charge for address change. Again that's fine but why wouldn't you tell me first!? I know this is really long but it gets worse just wait..... Now he's mad at me now for being mad at him and This MF takes my card information and tries to run it at an Exxon in a different city. Needless to say, I had to report his information to my bank and they are now investigating him for fraud. And now I have to report him to BBB Yelp Google whole ever I need to let people know how this guy deals with things.
