When he passed we went in to see her and I was amazed on how she explained everything to me. I was never interested in stocks, IRA's, annuities but the way she explained it made it so much easier to decide where I wanted to put my money. Funny thing is my (back then) 13 year old also got interested in putting her savings aside. I live in Tampa so it's a little ride out to her office but she has (on many occasions) met us up there on Saturdays. And she does it all with a small - so sweet. My daughter and son now have several different accounts with this office because of her. Every email or call I have sent has ALWAYS been replied to in a timely fashion. I highly recommend giving her a call if you are interested in learning more about your finances. Thank you State Farm.

Also, they include in the hard copy they gave you only part of the Arbitration clause that does not stipulate the terms like you may have to pay their arbitration costs even if you win, etc. I talked to the office manager and she is the same way. The long version is I had an appt on 3/30 and she spent almost 2 hrs looking over the documents I brought it and took out what she needed. She said she will call me when she's done with the taxes. After waiting almost 2 wks not hearing from her, I called and practically had to nag the front desk and Iris to get an appointment to come back in on 4/13, 2 days before 4/15. She lied and said she got most of it done but when I asked how much taxes I owed she lied and said it was 1/3rd of what it finally came out to be and asked me to email her the documents again. On 4/13, Iris spent almost 3 more hrs asking me questions that I had gone over my worksheet summarizing all categories that I gave her on 3/30th, the P&L of my rental property and incomes 2 weeks ago. This indicated that she had not even bother to review the paperwork that I brought in. She then did the taxes without including the rental property depreciation which could have lower my income over $3200. I asked her to email me the tax returns and she never did. I got home and went over the hard copy and did not find the depreciation schedule so I called and talked to her again. She said she will email it to me and she never did. I called and talked to her office manager, Sheryl, and she said she will look into it and again never called me back. I finally called corporate and they got me onto the website to download my income tax returns; it does not have the depreciation so I can confirm now that it was not a printing issue; Iris has never did the depreciation schedule. This office is horrible, the people in there don't know what they are doing, they always said they are with a customer and will call you back and they never did. They don't know much about business filing either and don't do your taxes on time. You have to run after them to get things done. Go to another office and don't let them sell your income tax return info.

Our experience with David Tapia and his agency has been outstanding!…read more My 16 yo daughter was about to take her driver's license test and my wife suggested we take this opportunity check the pricing of our auto insurance since it was about to go up--probably a LOT. We were bracing ourselves like any parent of a teenager would, and no doubt many have, in this situation.. I really didn't see how it would change much. We have had great driving records and had been with Progressive for years so were probably getting the lowest rate. Or so we thought. Having heard great things about David Tapia's customer service, we decided to give him a call. He COMPLETELY blew us away with the care and attention he gave us, but I'll come to that in a moment. First, I'll just mention the savings... It turns out, we were paying probably about $150 more per *month* than we should have with Progressive. Allstate gave us better coverage, more services AND we were able to add our daughter with, as a result of the savings, only a $70 increase in our monthly. I was shocked! As if the $ savings weren't enough, David went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to get her license at the DMV the very next morning. We called him with really no advance noticed and let him know we were going in the next morning for a 9:30am appointment. He went right to work and got us the incredible quote above--and had it all in our hands with time to spare before the appointment. I'd heard he was great, but I mean honestly, who does that these days?? Plus his attention to detail and the care he put into it--all in ways that would be hard to explain but you know it when you receive it--was the best I'd received in a very long time. So I predict we'll have a nice long relationship with David Tapia and Allstate. Plus, we'll be recommending him to our friends and work associates (and already have). Thanks again David--and Allstate!
