From lipo cavitation, radio frequency, non invasive BBL, lip injections and spray tans. All of my treatments have been quick, easy and most of all effective! The salon is so not maintained. The bathroom is always disgusting and more importantly their beds…read moredo not function properly. The highest level beds and MOST expensive (room one and two) have been in disrepair for almost over two months now. Multiple lights on the facial and chest regions are totally burnt out and there are other body lamps that are also out. This can only be noticed when the sun bed is turned on. Room one also doesn't function properly- it has a setting where the face lamps can be adjusted, and as soon as the bed heats up the facial tanners drop down and cannot be turned back up so your face isn't getting a tan at all because the light is so weak. Staff and management has been notified about this numerous times and they have NOT done anything about it- which is HIGHLY disappointing considering we pay almost $100 for a level 5 tanning membership. Maintenance and ownership of this location has definitely gone downhill. I personally do not like having to come here and would prefer to go to the other tanning locations because they have much better quality beds and maintain their lamps. OWNERS and Management needs to wake up and get their head out of the fryer before their establishment gets shut down because clients are so fed up they stop paying.

I genuinely thought every girl who helped me was sweet and professional. My issue is with the product and the results. I purchased a package of three spray tans. After my first session, I loved how it looked when I left, but once it developed, I looked extremely orange. Like Donald Trump Orange.... I couldn't even wait very long before booking my second session because I wanted to fix it. At my second appointment, I explained that I didn't like how orange I became. I've only had spray tans done in Miami before this, and I've never had this issue. I was told we'd try a different solution or method. During that visit, I also ended up purchasing a $45 tan remover and exfoliating mitt because it was recommended for my next appointment. Looking back, I don't really feel like I needed it, and I honestly felt a little pressured into buying it. It's still sitting unused. Unfortunately, my second spray tan was even worse. It was sticky, developed with noticeable streaks, and I looked orange again. It was so bad that I showered it off within an hour because I couldn't stand how it looked. When I came back for my third session, I had the same technician who did my first tan. I explained everything that happened during my second visit. She mentioned that my clothing may have contributed to the streaking, so I followed all of her recommendations and wore loose clothing afterward. She also told me we'd use an espresso solution so I wouldn't turn orange this time. The application itself was great. It wasn't sticky, and she did a beautiful job applying it. But once it developed, I was orange AGAIN. At that point, I realized this just isn't the right product for my skin tone. I'm Latina with olive skin, and I tan naturally very well. I was looking to become darker version of myself like healthy, bronzed glow. Instead, every time the tan developed, it leaned orange on me, and I was unhappy with the result. That's why I'm leaving a 2-star review. Honestly would've let a 1 star review for the tan and products but gave an extra star because how nice were the employees. They were all genuinely kind and tried to help. But after three different sessions, three opportunities to adjust the process, and multiple conversations about my concerns, I still ended up with the same result. Maybe these products work great for other skin tones, and that's reflected in the many positive reviews. But if you have an olive or naturally tan complexion like mine, I think it's important to know that your experience may be different. I considered reaching out privately instead of leaving a review, but after three appointments, I'm not really sure what the solution would be. Another spray tan would likely give me the same outcome. I spent money on a package, additional products, and multiple appointments, only to end up removing the tan because I didn't like how orange it looked. I truly appreciate how kind everyone at the salon was, and I wish I had a better experience. I just think there may be a gap in either the product selection or the approach for clients with olive skin tones, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
