By the end of the week the lady had quit the agency. They never sent anyone back and had told me they were having trouble filling the position and would let me know when they had someone. In the mean time , we started looking for a caregiver as we needed someone for my dad. We found someone and my mother let them know today. When she let them know , The owners husband said don't call us if you need help again. We won't serve you again since you hired private help. My elderly mother was completely flabbergasted.
