I HIGHLY recommend Dr Nguena for a general practitioner

We took him to medthru and it was sooo good. First the owner came out to welcome him and introduce herself and then the PA came out. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and they worked really well with our son. The whole process took 20 minutes and they gave him a little toy when they were done! It's perfect for parents because you don't even have to get your kids out of the car which honestly for us is the hardest part especially having a special needs child. The owner checked in with us 2 days after our visit to see how he was feeling. So nice and thoughtful. Thank you MedThru! We'll be back!!

Julio would even stop in to visit my husband just to say hello when he was hospitalized! Who does that!! The caregivers at Senior Helpers were selected just for my husband and they provided awesome care. They were all dependable, knowledgeable, congenial and pleasant. My husband was not the easiest to get along with, but they were all understanding and completed their daily tasks without hesitation. I am so pleased with the care my husband was given and highly recommend Senior Helpers to anyone for their caregiving needs.

I've been working for Home Helpers Alpharetta for a little over 3 years now. The owners, Hilary and…read moreGreg, created something amazing when they started their home care business. From their own personal experiences with their aging parents, they realized that there was a huge need for a home care company that puts the Clients and caregivers needs first. Hilary herself meets with the new clients. That way she can make sure she "matches" them with the perfect caregiver. Being a caregiver can be a very unappreciated job BUT NOT at HOME HELPERS of Alpharetta!! They truly care about every single caregiver. We all have Hilary's personal phone number and know we can always ask her for help or advice, if needed. Bonuses and even healthcare coverage are offered, and most importantly, Hilary and Greg truly understand what it means to be a caregiver. Both of them have CNA certification and have worked as caregivers themselves. They just really "get it" when I call them with any concerns about a client. I know they will have my back. I was recently presented with an opportunity to grow within the company. I love my job and couldn't see myself working for anyone else!

Do not go here! I…read morehad an appointment scheduled for a 2-hour VNG balance test with Dr. Jacqueline Kim, and even called 45 minutes ahead to confirm. They told me I was on the schedule, then put me on hold for over 10 minutes. Since I had a 30-minute drive, I eventually hung up and headed there. When I arrived, I was asked to wait another 10-15 minutes, only to be told that the audiologist, Dr. Kim, had suddenly left due to an "injury." No one had called me to cancel my appointment--despite the fact that I had just spoken with them! When I questioned this, one receptionist claimed she called my cell (a lie, she did not--I showed her my phone), and another said they called my home number. I asked, in this day and age, why would you rely on a home number and not call both, especially for something this significant?!!! This appointment required planning my entire day, including arranging for a driver due to the nature of the test and how it would make me dizzy. Their lack of communication and accountability was incredibly frustrating! To make matters worse, the response I received was a nonchalant apology and a $5 gas gift card, which is a complete joke since gas is like $4.00/gallon now! Completely unprofessional and a total disregard for my time. I will not be rescheduling and will not return.
