The staff was amazing, from Nicole, who took care of my insurance and scheduling, to Norma, who performed my evaluations, and to my PT, James. I was quite apprehensive about physical therapy (I had heard some horror stories), but James actually made the experience enjoyable. All my PT sessions were one-on-one.
