The shop is located on a little row of shops where you will find space to park. There is also a small carpark behind the shops. Cundalls is a very busy chemist due to having the Local Doctors situated on the same row of shops. As well as the usual pharmacy supplies, Cundalls has a few gifts and health items. You will have a wait if you take a prescription as is supplies medication to a lot of peopke including to a local home. However the staff will be happy for you to wait inside and browse or just enjoy a good old chat with the staff.

It is always well stocked with the usual super drug items including cosmetics, health and beauty items, confectionary. Staff are always happy for you to enter with your Tesco shopping trolleys which is always handy when you are on your own and on the way back to the car! There are often things on offer, this week it was a 9 pack of toliet rolls and some perfume I was able to take advantage of. Staff are efficient and helpful .

The staff are rude, they ignore you, and spend more time gossiping than helping. You can be stood there for over an hour before anyone even acknowledges you. They constantly tell you to come back multiple times, then after the third or fourth trip, suddenly say they don't have the items in stock. It's chaotic and unorganised every time. I've switched to Boots now -- much quicker, friendlier, and actually helpful. If you want to save yourself a lot of stress, I'd suggest going elsewhere.

The shop is very small and if there are more than 2 people waiting to collect their stuff it feels crowded. The staff will often finish their private conversations before serving you and the atmosphere is less than welcoming. On the plus side they do know there stuff and the pharmacist will look up stuff if asked but I can honestly say its not my first choice. They say they cannot get my sons medication yet boots have no problem.
