Like most pharmacies, they didn't have it in stock and hadn't heard of it, but looked it up immediately and within a few minutes were able to ring me back and confirm that they could order the largest size in for collection the same day (and at a cheaper price than I could get it online). When I went to collect just before closing time this evening they were very friendly and interested in the cream I was buying, as presumably the problems our family experienced with irritation from other emollients are by no means unique.
