From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely fun. The attendants who came out were awesome. Super friendly, communicative, and on top of everything without ever getting in the way of the party flow. They set up quickly, kept the energy up, and made sure everyone knew how to get their photos and prints. Speaking of prints--the final product was high quality. I paid extra for custom props and a scrap book which, we got to keep our custom props! Also, my favorite part of it all, no matter how many people were in the picture (you can fit up to 12 people btw!) each and every individual for their OWN copy of the photostrip! AMAZING! Usually photo booth rentals provided one strip for the group and one for the scrap book but not cloud nine. If you were in a group of 12, each of you got your own strip.
