I managed to get a piece of seed pod from some tree limbs I was trimming last week that were too low to the ground that I didn't want to walk into at night with my dogs and potentially poke my face / eye (ironic huh?) I didn't know what I had in my eye before I got there, but I called and Debbie worked me in ASAP. Dr. Saunders found the offending fragment within a minute and carefully removed it - instant relief! Some Antibacterial ointment for safe measure and I was good to go. This is just one example of the type of care I've received over the years and shows that he is indeed a full service Optometrist.

I KNOW she really cares about my eyes. I was greeted by Lily. She did the eye tests and updated my chart. I found her to be friendly and kind. The wait is usually about 15 minutes. I DON'T mind if I need to wait a little longer. I think perhaps the patient before me NEEDS a few extra minutes. No biggie for me... kindness and considerationis free. I can wait. The office is spotless. The staff are neat and clean , usually wearing color coded scrubs; very professional. Dr. Burr.... you ROCK !!

They never could get my glasses right after a few times, then they failed to tell me they were in and I had to call and their excuse was employee problems. So I got them and they weren't right. They kept them and made excuse after excuse, now here I am no glasses they won't refund me my money they don't know what they are doing evidently. Now my insurance won't pay for 2 years because of this shady bunch. Get glasses anywhere but here because you would get better service from ANYWHERE but here. This place is a joke.

She gets very defensive and launches personal attacks (even in writing) when patients provide her with feedback she doesn't want to hear. Such written attacks from her have been along the line of calling a patient (me) "arrogant"; as well as accusing me of possessing a "disrespectful demeanor". Her overall patience in working through stressful interactions is very, very limited. I would recommend that anyone looking for a super positive vision care experience not utilize the services of this Optometrist.

Wow, wish I found them years ago. Contacted my insurance, found local providers, made the…read moreappointment and arrived. Great staff, friendly and caring, didn't have to wait long. The doctor who saw me explained all the tests, checked all the important stuff, made recommendations and got me to the next step. I sat with the Frame and Lens person who showed me all of my options, what my insurance would cover and what I was responsible for. I paid my bill. Received a call my glasses were ready. I went in (No appointment needed to pick up the finished product) checked them out, received an itemized bill and left as happy as could be.
