Ed Wolf also gives good advice, and I usually need it as a small business owner. No one enjoys getting their taxes done, especially if you have to pay them quarterly. My taxes are complicated as I am divorced with kids, have my own business, and now have inheritance. He is VERY detail oriented. He knows all the questions to ask- I am clueless when it comes to finance and taxes. I finally decided to write something on yelp because I recently became even more impressed with with ATS and Dale.... He contacted me and said he caught a mistake from 2012, 2013, and 2014 and that the state and Feds owed me some money. It wasn't a lot of money but he worked on it to where you would have thought it was a fortune. He had me come in a couple of times and on speaker-phone ,we were able to get a hold of some folks at the state office. He has stayed on them like a fly on _ _ _ _. I guess he just felt like going back 4 years and re-reading my tax returns just for the fun of it! I highly recommend this group - all the way around including the wonderful, friendly, highly competent administrative assistant. They all treat you with both professionalism and familiarity. I asked her if I could set up a consultation, so she asked me what my debt amount was. When I told her, she replied that she could connect me to their website for the owner to answer one question, but they don't handle anything less than 25k. Obviously I have confusion after hearing their add on the radio. Unfortunately this experience wasn't what I had hoped for, so if your tax debt is larger than 25k, they can help you and if not... Not sure where you turn.

Patrick is AWESOME!!…read more Very personable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional, he was extremely pleasant to work with, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to get us the biggest tax refund available. He even found places where HR Block had done my husband's past taxes wrong, which cost my husband money (HR Block had caused my husband to pay taxes on investment income he'd already paid the taxes on through his employer's payroll deductions.) Patrick's hours are extremely flexible, even offering a mobile service. We were able to meet with him at his office in the late evening, convenient for both my husband and me. Weekend hours are also available. Because my husband had moved to Colorado last year, and we'd started a business together, our taxes were a bit more complicated, with multiple employers, multi-state, etc. Patrick handled it all with ease, and afterward gave us a neat folder with all the forms, attachments, etc. -- very organized. He filed our taxes electronically, which got us our Federal refund faster. (Colorado changed this year to paper checks for everyone....grrr!!) We really can't enough good things about Patrick and TaxPlus Financial. We'll be using him for all our tax needs, from now on. If you're looking for someone to do your taxes in the Denver area, definitely go see Patrick. You'll be very happy you did! (p.s. I would've posted this review earlier, but Yelp wouldn't send me a password reset email, despite repeated attempts. Finally squeezed one out of them today, and was able at last to write this review.)
