Come Friday morning I got a call that they are worried about how the puppy based on my description and didn't want to wait until Monday. They did not rush through the process at all and stepped away to give privacy for my family after Dexter crossed the rainbow bridge. The doctor whose dog knocked over her coffee mug and then received a "what the f--- is your problem?!" remark needs to be fired. This lady screamed at her dog at the top of her lungs. It was horrible. And then I get an email saying they can't wait to see my cat again (I had two in there but okay)... I never made an appointment. Clean your place and get rid of that mean, nasty vet. I didn't mind waiting in my car until a room was ready for my pet, and I loved how I didn't need to go in the room with my pet. Just like with my kids, I don't like watching shots being administered to my animals. The staff greeted me and my pet with smiles and made us feel so welcome. The vet tech that I spoke with asked if I had any concerns, and let me know what to expect and got my consent before treatment was administered. The vet came out and spoke to me personally and addressed all concerns or questions I had. I didn't catch her name, but she was super friendly. I am so glad I switched specifically to this vet and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!

My fur baby had a UTI but they have no time and would not make time my cat. What a lack of professionalism and empathy this clinic was lacking. They did not even refer me to the emergency clinic. He arrived promptly and was very professional. He took the time to explain the process, let us know what we may or may not witness as we and our beloved pet went through the process. When we were ready, Dr. Belue was gentle and kind to our dog. Luckily the process was peaceful and uneventful. We have been going to the same vet for 14 years, but Five Oaks will be at the top of our list if we decide to change vets for our other pups' regular check-up and other services . I highly recommend Dr. Belue because he is caring, kind, and gentle with animals.
