They did a great job of cleaning up the yard after they were done. The owner, Raithe, who is so easy to work with and communicate with, personally went around the house to be sure everything was completed to his and my satisfaction . The new fascia and gutters make the house look great. If you are looking for someone to update the look and feel of your home, Patriot Home Services of Iowa is who you should contact. The owner was only at the work site when I demanded to speak with him on the first day. Never saw him again accept for when he came at the end of the project to take photos with a drone. As I do this review, our repairs have still not been completed per agreement/contract. The subcontractors absolutely destroyed the soffit around my porch that will have to be redone now. Also, at a personal note they claim to be "patriots" and work hard for our vets, military discount etc. I am a veteran and none of that happened. Look elsewhere folks and save yourself some problems. I beg to differ. Signed up and paid in full for the 4 step lawn application program. The 1st step was not done as well as what we have experienced from the previous company. We were a client of the previous owner that No Lawn Left Behind took over. In the 7 years we were with the previous owner, we did not have an issue. He was helpful and kind. Upon our initial contact with current owner Kevin, his response was - we did it right. Not happy with the customer service, we have sent emails on 5/19, 5/25, and 5/29- No response. We have tried to call several times starting 5/10 but the voicemail box has been full and could not leave a message. On 5/29 I called and spoke to a live person, who took my information. No response. As a customer who has paid in full, a phone call back would be common courtesy.
