On 2 occasions I attempted to do more business with company, on first occasion, when I listed my property for sale, I never received a call back from the representative, Jenn Matthias, until I had my realtor get involved- even tho I had their number & sent messages & emails. When I decided to apply for a new mortgage, their request for sensitive documents was unreasonable, so I cancelled my application through them. Beware of documentation sent via computers! read more

Nolan and his team are amazing! He took the time to walk us through all of our options and gave us detailed calculations to help us choose the right mortgage. He takes a holistic approach to financial health that we really appreciated, and Mortgage 360 is definitely all about client service (highly responsive, honest, transparent, and committed to a long-term relationship over a transactional one). We had already made our selection and completed our paperwork when Nolan came back to us with a better rate that would save us a lot of money. Would never use them.!! Almost lost the sale even with pre-approval.Got the same rate from Scotia bank as they offered.Then received threatening emails from Nolan Matthias as stated "they do not lend to buyers who are house flipping." read more

Mortgage 360 is the most solid Mortgage Broker business that I had come across in my last 11 years of being in real estate. Nolan Matthias strongly believes and lives by a customer centric business model where their client's interest comes before anything else. No kidding... Just recently, Nolan was willing to help out a client of mine who have decided to hire someone else to get her mortgage approved (she highly regretted doing it), but they couldn't complete the approval on time. Even though Mortgage 360 did not benefit from sharing their knowledge with my client, they still went out of their way to help her. Getting low interest rates are really important for every buyer and homeowner. But getting the financing approved on time is even more important. Nolan's team has preferred status with major banks and lenders and they have proven many times in the past that no matter how challenging an approval may be, they will get the job done!
