Ryan has everything you want in a mortgage broker: always available, provides all the information…read moreyou need, gives you sound advice and is always very pleasant. As a first time home buyer, it is important to understand all the different aspects of this transaction and Ryan does a great job at explaining everything to you. He is also super efficient. My case was a bit more complicated than most because the builder gave me very short notice for closing. Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty to get the mortgage approved in time for closing. I highly recommend his services. UPDATE: if i could give Ryan more than five stars, I would. After helping me set up my first mortgage, Ryan kept an eye out and called me when he found a better deal for me. He explained in detail the implications of changing from one funder to the other (fines, etc). His explanations are very accessible and easy to understand, despite this being a complicate process. His answers is what assured me that i was making an informed decision. Once i decided to move, the process was very painless thanks to him and his team.
