After all that nightmares with HSBC and dealing with an inexperienced broker that over-promised/under-delivered, we sent our application to Paul based on a friends referral. We didn't know what to expect given how poorly we were treated by other lenders. The turnaround time was tight for Paul as we were preparing for a bidding war that's happening in only a few days. We needed a pre-approval like a month ago. Paul was super quick in response and we were able to put together most of the documents through email in the first day. Result came out within a day or two with very competitive rates and we felt ready for the bidding war with his approval.

We have worked with Paul on various mortgage renewals and approvals over the past 6 years. Buying a new home is extremely stressful but Paul and Michael were there for us from the start. From the moment we put in our offer, they were with us every step of the way, guiding us with expert advice, quick communication, and genuine care. One of the standout moments was their help in navigating our finance condition timeline, whether we had three or four days, they ensured we understood all our options clearly and felt confident moving forward. Every detail was handled with precision, and they made sure all our documents were reviewed, finalized, and signed well before the deadline. When we needed support they advocated with our lender on our behalf, and were able to get us the lowest rate on the market. Their attention to detail and proactive approach took so much stress off our shoulders. We would highly recommend Paul and his team, and we will absolutely work with them again in the future. Thank you from Laura & Jason.

With me being retired, looking to renewal our mortgage, and looking at investment opportunities, our situation was a complicated one. I investigated a few brokers and banks to not only complete what we were looking to accomplish, but to do it with the best rates and outcome for us. None of them came close to what Karen was offering. Karen was an absolute professional, and her 'A' personality is exactly what we needed to accomplish our financial goals. She never pressured anything, and it always felt as though she always had 'our interest' as her priority. It was a breath of fresh air to work with someone that is so focused on the client's needs. I highly recommend Karen Mann!

She proved to be very warm and personable, hardworking and smart. Her task was not easy because we wanted the house listed before school let out for the summer. We were greatly impressed not only that she was able to orchestrate the stunning photos and brochure, a house inspection and the many other things that were needed for a successful launching, but that she was able to make the process for us pretty much stress-free and enjoyable. At crunch time while offers went back and forth, Kelly demonstrated her adroit negotiation skills. We believe we would not have had as good an experience had it not been for Kelly's upbeat personality and and diligence.

As a first time home buyer, it is important to understand all the different aspects of this transaction and Ryan does a great job at explaining everything to you. He is also super efficient. My case was a bit more complicated than most because the builder gave me very short notice for closing. Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty to get the mortgage approved in time for closing. I highly recommend his services. UPDATE: if i could give Ryan more than five stars, I would. After helping me set up my first mortgage, Ryan kept an eye out and called me when he found a better deal for me. He explained in detail the implications of changing from one funder to the other (fines, etc). His explanations are very accessible and easy to understand, despite this being a complicate process. His answers is what assured me that i was making an informed decision. Once i decided to move, the process was very painless thanks to him and his team.
