Beware beware beware all I can say they talk a good talk. If someone is not using your services haven't called you responded to you that means that they're no longer using your services. However, these people will keep billing your card billing your card billing your card until they get payment beware. They kept billing my several times in the morning and I I'm assuming wasn't getting any payment that way they went to billing it at night time mind you I paid them $100 to get things started to submit reviews and things like that to credit bureau. I'm guessing they're disputing things nothing from them was removed from my by the way so I paid them $150 for what nothing some companies are greedy so I just told him just to keep it they need the money. read more

Please do not use this company. I was referred by them by a mortgage company as well. As a gentleman stated you can do this your self if you have the time. I didn't have time but I should have done it myself anyway by making the time. My talked my husband into signing up and we paid $139 each. What they did was sent us over a list , which we already had from a mortgage lender. A few weeks went by almost time for their payment. I decided I wanted to see they had done on credit and learned they had not done one thing but sent me the list. When I sent an email to cancel they pretended they didn't receive it. I sent it again and I called and stated I was canceling the service. By law you have the right to cancel within 30 days of a contract. Plus, they are stationed in Colorado and if you don't live in Colorado they are out of your jurisdiction. Now they want to discuss things, for me there is no discussion because you broke my trust in your company. At this point Jennifer is livid because she wants that payment. I canceled my bank card and told my bank that if they try to take a payment I no longer approved them to take I would file a dispute. This is how you know if they did any work. I pulled my credit report that they had me sign up with identity Q. I'm then compared the first time I pulled the report with the most recent report and nothing had been changed, not even a wrong name on my report. Yes, they still want that payment but if they put it on our credit report I will fight them with Federal Trade Commission. To report that they are truly scammers. You can also file them with Bureau of Consumer Protection for any money that you have paid them. If enough of us file someone will listen. Do not listen to their threats and DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. You can file all these complaints on line. Get a new credit card from your bank and cancel any card you gave them. In my opinion Scam! I was referred by a fake lender who has no clue what she's talking about. I was trying to get approved for a home and had a negative on my credit. I was told I would not be able to get a government loan because the negative on my report was government, so I went with this company. They charge you 149.00 a month and send out a copy and paste email monthly showing the accounts that negative was removed from. When I spoke to 2 different people on the phone, one tells me negative has been removed from transunion...lie then another tells me negative has been removed from equifax but not on the others...lie. My lender said the negatives were still on all three reports! The only thing they are worried about is getting that next payment...they will blow your phone up if it isn't received. I finally call a TRUSTED lender i previously worked with and she stated I was approved to get a home with the 120 day late payment on my credit! I'm now in the process of buying my 2nd house and yes the negative is still on my credit report. I told mortgage ready this and she says " yes when your credit score goes up you're more than likely to get approved " ummm so what the hell was i paying YOU people for if all i had to do is work on my credit and paying down bills, which i already knew to do! I wasted 8 months or more of my life and money dealing with these scammers! Do not use them or any other so called credit repair company! You can get a house on your own. read more

O/10 these are a group of scammers! I've been trying to cancel since July 2024 and everytime I email they say I have to call, when I call they say I have to pay for their non existent rounds of investigations! I was referred by a realtor so I definitely won't be using her. The scammers at mortgage ready claim each $149 payment was for previous work done but forgot they said i had to pay the initial $149 for upcoming investigations. DO NOT USE THEM! Mortgage ready, a bunch of useless people!! So as of me, I normally do this myself but seeing that I drive truck for a living and my service is horrible for more than half of the day, I sucked it up and got this "credit repair company" involved knowing that all these credit repair companies are a joke, all they care about is getting their monthly payments from us, so I normally do it myself and everyone can do this theirselves keep in mind, all you need to do is call the 3 credit bureaus, and figure out what's on your report if it's more than 7 years old statue of limitation it has to be deleted keep that in mind!! Anything that you have paid off in the past has to be deleted, anything you're willing to pay off has to be deleted, don't let credit repair companies tell you any different!! With that being said I sucked it up and hired these idiots, they sent a list of stuff on my wife's report, WE PAID 7 OF THE THINGS OFF, lo and behold me calling the 3 credit bureaus yesterday, again lo and behold the stuff is still on my wife's report!! So I called this joke of a company and said I paid $149 for 5 months why, of course they had no answer for me, so me today I disputed stuff myself with the proof things were paid off!! Folks don't get wound up and waste your money with "credit repair companies" they're nothing but a joke take your money and do nothing, this is how they have a job every day is by taking people's money, literally no joking you can do this stuff yourself, they'll talk a big game and they can do this and they can do that, the only thing a credit repair company can do is get the minor stuff off your report that is almost 7 years old, why bc statue of limitation it can only be on the report for 7 years!! I can't really give a positive or negative review due to not being with the company long enough to see any benefits or down points. We tried for a few months to stick to the program but with the economy the way it is and us struggling financially, we opted to cancel the program for now and put the money back into our budget for bills/credit cards/living expenses, etc. A plan was drafted during that time to assist us but no real movement seen. read more

I must say I'm disappointed, but I will focus on the facts. I was referred to this company after applying for mortgage preapproval two months ago. Since signing up, I haven't seen anything being done. I've sent enough dispute letters to know that generally, it's resolved in 10-15 business days, but more importantly, I get alerted when a dispute is in progress. Since it's been close to 60 days and no activity has been initiated by Mortgage Ready, it is apparent that they aren't doing anything and do not plan to do anything but to keep siphoning $99 dollars from me each month, when that money can actually go towards paying down credit card debt. I'll go ahead and take the loss, but I promise they won't see an additional dime from me. read more

This company is nothing but a SCAM. I spoke with someone on 12/11 who told me MULTIPLE LIES and didn't think I was smart enough to know she was lying. They use scare tactics and fake information to get you to sign up with them. I asked her about all the poor BBB reviews... she told me that companies have to pay for A+ ratings. I'm assuming she learned this little tidbit as part of her training and actually fell for it... poor thing. I never signed their contract yet they still charged me $99...which she lied and told me was a discounted rate from their normal $150. Literally everywhere you look you can see that their regular start up rate is $99. Clearly lying is a huge part of the training process at Mortgage Ready. After speaking with several folks in the industry, they strongly advised against going with Mortgage Ready because they will most likely make your credit worse. The next day, BEFORE SIGNING THE CONTRACT... I called and told them that I have chosen NOT to work with them. The person who answered informed me that they are "The only company that can help improve my credit rating"... seriously, do these people have any moral character? I wound up getting FREE ADVICE from someone in the business and raised my credit score by 45 points in 30 days just by taking a few logical steps. I wasn't going to bother writing a poor review... I was just going to walk away and thank my lucky stars that I didn't fall for their scam. Until today... I got two threatening messages from Ashley who accused me of fraud and theft and told me that I owe them $35. Here is the timeline - 12/11, spoke with Chelsea who left me feeling like I needed a shower after she told me at least a half a dozen lies. That night, spoke with several folks in the industry who informed me that my gut instincts were right about them and that I should absolutely NOT proceed forward with this company because they will most likely make my credit worse. 12/12, awoke to find that Mortgage Ready had already charged me $99 even though I never signed their contract. Immediately submitted a dispute through my bank regarding this charge. Later that day, Mortgage Ready refunded the $99. Today, 12/30 - I received 2 calls from Ashley insinuating that I disputed these charges after they were refunded and that that is theft and fraud and that I owe them $35. Informed Ashley that I disputed these charges BEFORE they were refunded and BEFORE I signed their contract. I never signed their contract yet they put that payment through... Poor, shady business practices. Now the threats of sending $35 to collections and insinuating that I was committing fraud and theft. This company is shady and disgusting. Do not ever get involved with them. They will lie to you... they will ruin your credit... they will charge you money for services that you never signed for... they will attempt to extort money from you through threats. Read all the reviews on BBB, here and everywhere... believe the bad ones. Guarantee any of the good ones are from internal employees or just people who happened to get lucky. read more

Please think twice about using Mortgage Ready to help remove anything from your credit report. I was very dissatisfied with their service. I called to cancel in December and in March of the following year, they continued to charge me. The lady I spoke with was very rude and continued to talk over me every time I tried to speak. They state that they will work on repairing your credit, however after paying an initial payment of $100, and then $79 the next month to contact your debt, and have it removed do nothing. When asked what is done, and for any correspondence sent out to the creditors I was told that they do not disclose this information to me. I asked why, and was told that it is not their policy to release any investigation. The company is very sneaky, and just takes money from people after lying to them that after 45 days they would hear something regarding their FICO Score increasing. I was referred to this service by a real estate agent who is a childhood friend of mine. Listen, when I tell you I had the worst phone experience yesterday with the so called owner, ceo, founder, employee etc, (that's what she called herself.) when I got off the phone my blood pressure was sky high. She went by the name of Ashley I don't know if that was her real name or not because in the world we live in people lie and scam so much it's hard to tell what is real.This lady is the epitome of unprofessional, you can even get a word in during the conversation because she is such an overbearing person via telephone. I made it my business to contact the attorney general just to complain about her specifically. I recorded our conversation just so that I have evidence that she was very nasty and disgusting to me as a paying customer. I also cancelled my account in February and they were still saying I owe they literally just took another $99 in March. After I stated that I no longer needed or wanted the service. I will never ever refer this company to anyone especially if she is the owner I'm not putting money into the pocket of a person of this caliber ever again. I feel like I was scammed honestly. Then she spoke to me as if I was uneducated and know nothing about credit or how to be an adult at all.
