Said he works in furniture. He at least acknowledged our presence. The older female employee that worked the floor never spoke to us in the beginning. She was helping another couple. Once she was done helping...the couple left . We stood around for about 5 or 10 minutes then another older woman walks in...evidently they knew each from Dillards because we got to listen to the chit chat for another 15 or 20 min before we finally walked out empty handed. We wanted something nicer than what we could get at Lowe's...but at Lowe's we can at least get help.

His craftsmanship and attention to detail resulted in a dramatic reduction of cold air penetration into my home over the winter and resulted in a decrease in my heating bill. Additionally, he customized the door per my specifications to accommodate my enormous Mastiff with an X-Large dog door. He maintained the pristine condition of the door before, during, and after installation.
