Then during Thanksgiving weekend both toilets clogged up and started backing up into our 2 tubs. Arraaag! Being a holiday and weekend we could not find a single plumber. Early Monday morning we started calling local plumbers and received a lot of no's and if not a no, we got we have an opening Thursday or into next week. Really? We're supposed to wait even more days with the smell and no toilets. We finally called Prestige. And the person at the other end said the best words of the day, "I'll be there in an hour". Tommy and his assistant showed up and within 2 hours diagnose the problem and they had us back flowing and smelling soooo much better. The problem was that the previous owner(s) had flushed lots of disposable wipes causing a huge blockage. These guys are the best period. They show up on time, hard working, knowledgeable, clean up any messes, and the price was extremely reasonable. If you need a plumber, be smart by starting and finishing your search here with Prestige Plumbing.

**CHECK ATTACHED PHOTO EVIDENCE**…read more The following was my Google review of S.O.L.. If you'd like to know exactly what you'd have to deal with in case something went wrong, look no further. Enjoy. "Horrible service, bad installation job, and a shitty attitude, no pun intended. Initially, I thought perhaps he had a bad day, but the more I dealt with him, the more I realized he is as racist as they come! It's sad to see that such people still exist!! This dude changed a toilet and threw the old toilet in front of my house claiming that the city will pick it up, 10 days later I complained and he had to come back and pick it up. Do you want to guess what he did with it?? He dumped it behind my neighbor's house. When I complained to the management company about it, he claimed that he had permission from the neighbor, which he did NOT! A total lie that can easily be shown by talking to the neighbors. Which I did. Additionally, he messed up installing a toilet where the base is just freely moving and refuses to fix it, he didn't like that we discovered his bad job! Moreover he is pissed off that we didn't allow him to just leave the toilet behind in the neighborhood "TWICE"!!, which is something that he might be doing in his other jobs for those who are unfortunate to do business with him "check his work" even after he leaves the house. Check around the neighborhood and make sure he didn't leave garbage around your neighbors house. The guy simply doesn't want to do the job right! He's taking short cuts left and right, blaming everyone under the sun for his short comings just to get out of honoring the warranty he offered "CHECK ATTACHED SCREEN SHOT" So I'd take his 100% satisfaction guaranteed with a grain of salt. Please take the time to read his reply to this review. Ad hominem attacks at best (((SEE ATTACHED SCREEN SHOT OF HIS INITIAL REPLY))) It should show you the caliber of the individual you will deal with if things didn't go his way, or if you were of a race he doesn't like. Unfortunately. Remember, this happened inside my house where I may or may not have cameras in every corner. * The attached photos are from the time he dumped the toilet behind my neighbor's house. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY screen shots of his initial reply to this post which he changed because he realized messed up! I will keep watching the changes he makes and post screen shots to this post for your convenience. Just to show how sneaky he is, unfortunately. This is an honorable job and it can be treated as such.
