She has now been in both the infant and toddler rooms and we are so thankful for her amazing teachers and staff and for the little friends she has met. We haven't had a single problem and are always able to get in touch with the front desk or director with any questions or concerns. There are so many daycare choices in this area and I feel super lucky that we found such a good fit.

The teachers speak VERY lowly of the children in the classroom with disabilities. They scream and yell at the children if they cry or show any high emotional behavior. If their RBT does not show up, they will not treat the child well and talk down on them and to them. The teachers do not believe in teaching the children with autism in their classroom as they believe it's the job of the RBT's to teach any child with a disability. It's been numerous of times that my client's diaper was not changed because they believe that it's not their job to change them. This is supposed to be an INCLUSION school but they have a strong dislike for any child with any type of disability. I would NEVER recommend anyone to bring their child to this school if they have a disability or on the spectrum! I will also be reporting them to the state board as they are actively lying to parents about the inclusiveness of this school!

My 3 years here were the best years of my entire educational career - including college and grad school! This place really is the most amazing school ever. I remember my first day just like it was yesterday. I was accompanied by one of my best friends, who was also making the big switch to a more civilized school. We sat in front of the bathrooms for like 10 minutes trying to figure out which one was for boys and which was for girls. Turned out you just use whichever one is open! In addition to just being an awesome environment, where you are accepted for being whoever you are, Paideia has a great curriculum. The year is divided into short and long terms. In the long terms, you take the standard stuff - physics, math, languages, etc. The short term is for classes that are a little more outside the box - Sociology of American Rock & Roll anyone? The teachers here are absolutely outstanding! You can totally tell that they love the school and truly believe in it's mission. And Paul, the headmaster, is just an all around great guy. Graduation was awesome. My graduating class was 57 people and Paul made a short speech about every single one of us! I am so thankful that I was able to go to Paideia on a scholarship. I regularly give them money so that others can do so as well. I am also backing them in their efforts to take over the whole block! Go Paideia!

So, call before you go or you could be wasting your time. I came in to register my daughter one night and the director wasn't there. No one else could help me register her. I waited absolutely too long. Mathnasium of Fayetteville needs to get their administrative functions fixed or they will lose people.

My niece goes to this camp all summer and never gets bored. This was her second summer and she is always making sure that I have her signed up whenever there is a school break, as TSOF also does break camps during City of Decatur school breaks, teacher workdays, etc. Knowing that each day is a well thought out combination of learning and fun is what makes this camp really work. If learning is also fun-well, there you have it-the magic combination! All of the kids are excited to be there, the staff is great and very attentive. Each time I am there I am greeted kindly, as is my niece. They are actually HAPPY to see us walk in the door! This is a novel and brilliant idea and finally, I feel my money is well-earned by Kris and her staff...not just babysitting and coloring. amy niece comes home with little electronic bugs, her mind filled with fun things she cannot wait to share with me. I also saw the group at a science fair and a festival in Decatur! Way to get out in your community, team!
