Only advice I'd give is to make sure you order more crostinis. I saw plenty of quick word of mouth drive traffic right to them and everyone loved the unique flavors that the filet with smashed avocado, honey goat cheese topped with roasted tomatoes and pesto drizzle, and caprese delivered. The grazing table is something I'll daydream of often now that I've seen and gotten to taste so many amazing things from it. Nothing in the contract was delivered and we paid 4000.00 dollars for garbage we threw out. The food was full of salt, not cooked enough (raw chicken, raw greens, etc.), over cooked (burned dressing, burned ham, overcooked vegetables that were to have been fried corn and fried squash), stove top stuffing burned, watery potato salad, etc. I am willing to show anyone the photos of the dog food presented that we flushed down the toilet and garbage disposal, and sent back to her by her staff. The food was also delivered late and my family was completely disappointed and those that ate some of the food became ill. I would not have served this food to a stray dog.....beware. We met her in July 2019 and we booked her to cater our Wedding Reception but, due to Covid-19, we had to reschedule for this year, June 19, 2021. Chef Kendra was incredibly flexible with the food tastings, and let us try food on multiple occasions to make sure we had the menu we wanted. The food for a wedding is one of the most expensive ticket items, so you want to be sure you know what specific things your money is going to. She worked with us to keep the cost within our budget, but never once sacrificed quality of food or service. Chef Kendra is very straightforward and transparent with her pricing and did not have any hidden fees or extra charges to sneak in there at the end. No ridiculous corking fees, cake-cutting fees, etc. Furthermore, our menu consisted of barbeque meat balls (cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres) Salad, Rolls, Roasted Herb Chicken, Honey Glazed Salmon, California blend vegetables, baked Macaroni and cheese, and Freshly Squeezed Homemade Lemonade. We initially reached out to Richard looking for a vendor to make appetizers for our wedding (we had different vendors for the other courses). He had a wide selection of foods choices, where we selected four appetizers, our personal favorite (and the one with rave reviews from our guests) was the Mediterranean Grilled Lamb Chops with Cilantro Mint Aioli. In addition to the food, Richard offered very competitive pricing on other services as well - servers, bartenders, linen rentals, silver wear, full bar package, and so on. He was very conscious of our budget and offered multiple alternatives for each decision, which was greatly appreciated. Since our reception was at a venue where we could bring our own food and alcohol, it also required us to take care of everything else. Having Richard to take care of so many items was such a huge blessing.
