The prices are the same as the big tesco so you don't feel cheated. The staff are always busy filling shelves and tidying up. The shop is open a lot later than the bigger supermarkets in the area. When you are waiting to be served if a queue forms them they will open another till striaght away. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The shop stocks a wide variety of goods and tries hard to keep stuff that people actually need. They throw a few nicer things to cater for everyone. I told her the reason it was over was because the queue on the car park side of the checkout was heavily congested with huge home delivery shopping and the checkout assistant there had suggested I use the top (townside) checkout operator might be a bit faster. I was furious - not so much the £1 but her attitude. I told her I wouldn't be shopping at that store again and she just basically stuck her tongue out and shrugged. Couldn't care less was her attitude. What has happened to Iceland Chippenham, it wasn't always be like this. After reading the reviews from other Customers they really need to pull their socks up!
