Don't try to return faulty goods without receipt. Would not refund £1.58 for faulty bin bags! Bought these weeks ago and placed in my store cupboard. On opening now find faulty perforations making use impossible
Obviously don't keep receipts for these items for weeks! Told in very abrupt manner I could chose something else in store but can't have cash..had a hospital appointment so couldn't exchange today! Now I need to take another bus another day if I want reimbursed.I am 76 years old and have been a loyal customer since the store was Safeways. Having recently moved here from Scotland I cannot believe the difference in customer services . Much can be learned from the civility and services in Arbroath. Much can be improved in the cafe supplying the afternoon scone tea offer as advertised....although cafe staff are very polite . read more
