They had an AC team come in and although they couldn't fix the unit while we were there, they had a portable unit installed to take care of the immediate issue. And more importantly, Manu, the manager, worked to reach an acceptable arrangement to cover our discomfort. As a long time fisherman but first time fly fisher brian not only produced dozens of fish daily for us but the way he teaches is hands down amazing. He is extremely calm and his patience as a teacher blew me and my family away. He is constantly watching and correcting you through the day. Teaching you about the correct ways to cast, fish locations, flys to use and refining your skills. It's amazing how he can do all of this as he spent 9 hours rowing down the river in 85 degree temps. They provided excellent instruction and took us through varied terrain. Our horses were the best! After riding the open valley we ascended up a creek trail and had a nice lunch up high. A few days later we did a full-day of guided fishing on the Ruby. So glad we did! We learned so much from Isaac and Ben. Landed at least 10 apiece. Massive browns, a few rainbows and whitefish and man did they fight! Lost a few big ones too! These guys were such experts. They were great coaches and fine gentlemen.
