It had run stains on the cuffs and the end of the jacket where the maroon met the yellow, and I knew those weren't going to come out, but that was okay. I came to pick it up at the North location and one of the cuffs was missing, the other barely still attached. The sides were split open. The only part still intact was the lining. I probably would have had a better result putting it through my own washer and dryer. There was no note as to why the damages occurred. I do not recommend.
